Legacy Doors and More

When our garage door motor broke, we got a couple bids. Luckily, one of them was Legacy doors and more. It was a 28 year old motor, so we assumed to replace the garage motor. We were after the mid grade motor. The bids ranged anywhere from $700-1600. I mean sheesh what a broad range. Legacy came in at $850. We went with them because the lower prices... Heck even some of the higher prices didn't have nearly the reputation they did. I also like that they are actually based in layton utah, to help us in fruit heights. Plenty of other companies have a dot on the map nearby, but are actually based out of salt lake, utah county, etc. To me this means more "local" pricing, as well as any repeat or warranty work won't be as big of a deal either. On top of that, Mike also impressed me. He was very informative, explained things very well, pros and cons, no pushy sales tactics. 100% recommend, will be using Legacy and only Legacy from now on. Was far better than any other Garage Repair experience i had. Far better priced for the exact same model/brand as the other companies were bidding. Great communication starting with the scheduling from dispatch. All the way up to Mike saying when he was on the way and giving me an ETA. Everything went exactly how he said. Checking in throughout the new Garage Door Install you could tell he was meticulous and had been doing this for a long time. I was so very impressed. We have since referred him to a neighbor and a friend (two referrals) both of which are singing praises. So refreshing to find a service company i actually had a great experience with, on top of that it seems this is consistent based on their other reviews, and my two referrals saying the same thing. Not a single bad review anywhere? That's unheard of. But once you work with them it becomes very obvious as to why! Recommend them more than any other service company we've hired. Garage doors or otherwise!

Was a great experience. They were straight forward, upfront, kept to their schedule, great communication. Honestly amazing from A-Z. We used them on a new garage door. Months later on a kitchen remodel. Now halfway through a new large Green House. Best contractor experience i've ever had, every time!

Mike did a great job getting both of our garage doors running smoothly. He was punctual and very professional. Legacy Doors and More installed our openers when we bought the house and we will continue to go to them when we need service. Highly recommended.

Mike did a great job! He was able to narrow down the problem with my garage door opener and fixed it in no time! He explained everything he was going to do before he did it and made me comfortable with the outcome! Now my door works perfectly and I don't have to lift it by hand anymore!

Friendly knowledgeable, not pushy at all. Very cost effective will recomend to everyone I know for anything I want down around the house! If you are unsure about something ue will give the pros and cons and what his opinion is but won't try to push you around. Absolutely will recomend whenever I can.
