I called Zach and I told him the unacceptable pricing and experience that I was getting from a competitor. He told me with confidence that I was getting the run around and someone was trying to simply make commission off of me. I am a hard working trades man and Zach gave me fair pricing and a great experience. The roofing crew was in and out with in 12 hours. All of the roofers were attentive and answered all questions and addressed all concerns. As a customer I could not be any happier. I will be calling Zach back when I am ready to address my siding on the house. Zach also did 2 follow up visits to my property to check his crews work to address any problems. Overall this was my first roof replacement experience as a home owner and I felt like I was truly being taken care of as if I was family.
