Legacy Hardwood Floors were fast and good with reasonable pricing. Once the job was scheduled (Removing ugly old carpet from stairs and 2nd floor room and installing new hardwood stairs, landing and upper room floor) they came when they said they would, completed the stairs and floor on time and were totally professional and courteous throughout.

They were able to come the next day and finished in 2 days.

Matt was a pro from the measuring, quote and floor care advice at the end. I highly recommend this company to save your wood floors. I can tell you mine were grey, ugly, stained and a mess. And now I have gorgeous wood floors again. The value for my money spent was excellent. I wish all contractors were as professional. And they put up with my mutts!

We had these guys put in a laminate floor for us about a year later the floor started to separate in several places. Despite numerous calls and texts could not get them to come back.

Time was of the essence, and they did what they said they would and exactly on time.

Saved our floors! A contractor told us he knew how to do floors.....he didn't. We were left with a terrible mess. It was quite depressing. I got hold of Legacy and a rep came out the same day. He looked at our floors and told us they could be saved and gave us an estimate. A crew of two started and even after day one the difference was dramatic. Then a crew of 4 came and did the entire house. They were pleasant and obviously knew what they were doing. You would not know this is the same floor. Many repairs were done and flooring added to properly finish the job. I wish I would have started with them in the first place. Proper tools and knowledge really make a difference. These guys have...the right stuff.

Mike is a true professional who strives for complete customer service. He explained the process and answered questions that made me trust his work. He worked within my budget to both refinish a 23 year old floor and match and install two more rooms adjacent to it. The results are fabulous! They cleaned up nicely and left no dust and residue. After a Santa Fe installation company no showed on me after my husband and I moved furniture out of 3 rooms, I called Mike of Legacy in desperation that Friday morning. He came and gave me a reasonable quote within 2 hours of the phone call and was able to start work on Monday, 2 days later. The crew was personable, professional, on time everyday, cleaned up after themselves every day, and my floors look amazing. He conferred with me every step of the way and they went out of their way to help me do anything extra I needed. I would highly recommend this company!!!!!!

Mike at Legacy Hardwood Floors was extremely responsive. He came over to bid the job the very next day and we scheduled work for that same week. Good communication via telephone about when he would arrive and when the job would be complete. The price was fair and the quality of work was excellent. Highly recommended!

Assisted me with a floor that was buckling. Very competent, knowledgeable, and truthful. I intend to use them to repair the flooring and install some new wood floors.

Polite, on time. Floor beautifully installed. Messy during installment, did not protect homeowners from dust which necessarily happens during prep. Otherwise, very happy with installment.

I would highly recommend this professional group. They redid my woods and add wood floor to an 11 by 17 room to include several roundeed steps and a platform. They did an excellent job for half the price of the Santa Fe vendors.
