The company was responsive to my inquiry and came to my home at the agreed time to view project and provided estimate. The team started slow for the first couple of days, but once the project got on track, it went quickly. The work product was excellent and cleanup was thorough. They have been the best contractors we've ever used. The addition is a master bedroom with a bathroom and a walk in closet. We had it made handicapped accessible. They started the basement in December and the addition will probably be ready to move into in a few weeks even through this has been a cold snowy winter. The workmanship is top notch, with special effort to make it tight and well insulated. They have been a joy to work with. The subcontractors have also been great.

We had a new roof, an addition tear down w/ doghouse bulkhead replacement, and a full bathroom remodel. The attention to detail and pride that Legacy takes in their work is amazing. The finishing work on all 3 parts of the job is top notch!!!

I wrote a review earlier about the work being great but the cleanup not so good. I got a call and later and they sent a man out to rake up the shingles that were left behind and cleaned all the marks off our house. He also fixed the siding. He went way beyond what I expected and I am very Happy with the end result. GREAT JOB well done

I was very happy with the work done on our roof. However when I got outside a few day's later and started looking around the house It was left very messy. There were black marks on our siding and nails and old shingles all over the place. It was my fault for not checking things out before the crew left. Our flag holder was also broken and left on the ground with all the other things that were left behind. My wife looked and saw that her rose branches were broken along with some branches on her rhododendron. When I checked the contract it said they were not responsible for bushes and flowers

Overall for what this company had to endure , the weather all the shoveling etc from all the bad snowstorms we had along with heavy rain etc , this roof is working very well no leaks :) Thank you Rob and the Legacy Team job well done for the money ..

The contractor was personable and helpful, offering a couple alternatives to the repair of my roof. Both the quick fix and the long term, more extensive, repair were fully explained with no pressure to choose either alternative. The workmen who arrived to do the work were very professional and efficient, completing the work in the time proposed. I highly recommend Legacy Home Improvements and would certainly look to them again for work on my house.

An excellent job from start to finish. The crew removed the leaky old roof and installed the new metal roof efficiently, with minimal disruption and cleaned up impeccably. The workmanship looks great, and there's not a drop of water in the garage now. Highly recommended.
