Pine Valley Lawn and Landscape

I have been calling since April 12th to have my sprinkler system turned on for the season and one sprinkler head repaired. At first, they told me it would be before the end of April. After not answering or returning calls, I finally got a call back to be told it would be done by the end of last week. Yet again, no call and no work has been done. I called again and still heard nothing. Very disappointing customer service!

Used a new style of retaining wall that replaced my rotting out railroad ties. Did a fantastic job with install. Would recommend to anyone.

I called Danny Coster on 11/5/18 and communicated a water supply valve appeared to be leaking and was preventing me from winterizing the system. Even though he was in the middle of winterizing systems for current clients and indicated repairs may not be possible due to the impending hard freeze cold weather that was coming later in the week, he would try to work with my travel schedule and see if he could help me out. Danny and Logan came by the house on 11/6/18 and determined the supply valve did not need to be replaced and were able to stop the leak. As a result, even though I have the equipment to winterize the system, I asked them if they had time to perform the winterization. They performed the winterization work on the spot for a very reasonable price without complaint. I believe Danny went out of his way to help me out in this situation as my schedule created constraints for him to work with me. Both Danny and Logan worked with me in a very professional and responsive manner. Their work was completed quickly and is sincerely appreciated. I will not hesitate to contact them in the future.

The Pro from Legacy was prompt, friendly, and easy to communicate with. After winterizing our irrigation system he took the time to explain potential problems to be aware of when we open system back up in spring. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again. Thank you Legacy!

I tried to use another sprinkler company but they flaked out on me. So I contacted Legacy Lawn & Landscape and withing 48 hrs, they were out completed my sprinkler winterizing. Very happy.

They were easy to communicate with, answered quickly whenever I need to contact them. They were friendly, and professional. Their work was completed efficiently, and on a timely bases. I would definitely recommend them.

Had lots of rock in the soil so it made their work more difficult, but they got it done.

Please contact the homeowner before going to their property before starting any repair on work that has already been repaired. That is basic courtesy. Complete poor communication.

This was our first watering system. We found Legacy to be professional and attentive to our needs with regard to our requests. The job was not easy in some aspects but they took it in stride. I put in a request to legacy lawn and land scape last Sunday planned on hearing from them some time the next day I got a call from the owner that evening we discussed my problem he told me he would be out the next day he gave me a quote over the phone roughly what it would be it was great he came Monday it tuned out to be a bigger issue than we both thought he had to go to a sprinkler supplier the next morning and get parts to fix my problem my sprinkler system was fixed on he stuck to his quote . That's rare I have booked scott and his crew to do research seeding of my lawn to spruce it up as well as a fertilizer program of his I would highly recommend legacy for anyone having landscaping issues thanks again scott

The customer experience was top-notch, received a phone call within several minutes of inquiring through HomeAdvisor to discuss the details of the project ( Residential Sprinkler Install). Throughout the process the team provided quick and responsive feedback, with a direct line of communication whenever questions arose. In addition, the Legacy team was more than accommodating to a tight timeline (2 weeks from initial inquiry), and were very reasonably priced. The install looked clean and professional, was completed in a very timely fashion, and the Legacy team even took the time to come out for an additional visit to walk through the system from start to finish, to ensure I had a good understanding of the architecture, and how to maintain the system. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Legacy and would definitely recommend them.

Legacy was great. They under promised and over delivered!! They originally thought it would take a few weeks to get out to do yes clean up and we're there within 48 hours of me submitting my request on Home Advisors. The owner is very thorough and followed up to make sure everything was done right and up to par. Very happy with their service and helpful advice on other yard questions I had. Highly recommend and will be going to them first for any future projects.
