Amazing service by John and his crew!

I decorated my house with holiday lights for the first time and I reached out to several pros for estimates. Legacy Lighting definitely had the best customer service and very competitive prices. One pro did not even bother coming to my house; they just looked at Google Maps and sent me an estimate. I really expected more for the money they wanted. Another came to my house but did not discuss what I wanted with me; he just walked around and said he would send me an estimate by Monday (which I never received). I read the reviews of Legacy and was pleasantly surprised when the owner John answered the phone himself. He spent a lot of time on the phone answering my questions and explaining the process. Paul came to my home and listened to all of my ideas and made extra effort to accommodate my special requests. He even had installation completed within days--well ahead of Thanksgiving and in time to surprise my boyfriend who is returning from an overseas trip! The results are beautiful, and I am already planning landscape lighting with Legacy in the Spring and more holiday lighting for next Christmas! The customer service and professionalism was exceptional and made Legacy well worth the money. I know I made an excellent choice with Legacy Lighting, and they definitely added something special to my holiday season.

Lights were up and all was working by the crew of 4. Suddenly everything went dark. It was an outlet problem on our front porch. Crew stayed until the owner arrived and let them go. Owner stayed and fixed the problem on the spot, on a Saturday night. John, you have been great.
