He did the original job and it was good. But the fallow up is terrible he wont come to fix it and he is not answering the phone calls.

"I answered his phone call. Told him I will get to it when I catch up but he kept calling every day. The job was on some old brick steps. We went over there and 15 bricks were loose. So we epoxied them in place. That should hold."

Curt gave us several options to fit our budget. Communicated well when he would start/finish the job. Quality was excellent; he used his years of experience to blend in the color of the repair with the existing mortar Work was done safely and completely cleaned up upon completion.

Curt came out to view the scope of the project and he provided a quote within two days. He was able to send Sergio out the day after I signed the contract and Sergio was professional, courteous, and did a great job. The job was for tuck point and concrete fill in a gap between the foundation and the concrete walkway. I would highly recommend Legacy Masonry all around.

I was charged $300 for 20 minutes of work using cement from a previous job. Based on price for services, I would not recommend this business.

"I told him the price before we came and he was happy with the price. I did not know if it would be 20 mins or much longer. We don't usually do so small of jobs. Smallest is a one-day job, so it was more of service since I was already doing the estimate at his house the week before. Also, I didn't know my guy was there for 20 minutes or longer. He was doing other work for me for the whole day. Sorry, you feel that way."

Work was not performed. Had a signed contract to tuckpoint our chimney. Contractor had seen the job site and provided estimate. Gave correct answers to all questions about materials and workmanship. He obviously knows his trade (I'm a retired materials scientist with extensive expertise in masonry.) When he came out to the site to do the work, I saw the truck, which then drove off. He did not call, I called him. He told me he felt he could not safely do the work because his knees had flared up and he didn't trust his legs on the roof. Was not going to do the job at all. I was extremely disappointed. If a medical condition had developed that prevented him from working, he should have told me when it occurred, that he might not be able to do the work. While I appreciate that this sort of thing can happen, he should not have waited until I expected the work to be done, then backed out at the last minute. Hate to give a bad review, but I find this behavior unacceptable.
