Did not hook up my air conditioner after furnace install, therefore lost all of my coolant, and had to replace pipes and hook up to my fu rnace. I had to call an Air condition company to repair. Cost me $500. He never offered to come out and never apologized. Jimmy Reed is not a responsible person. Never use this company ever.

Be aware of this cheating company .!!The owner (Jimmy Reed) is not at all professional (he claims 35 years of experience) , does very poor quality job . I had to call another property to replace all his mess at my property. Integrity Mechanical installed Furnace on my property in Westminster, Colorado and did very very poor quality work , too much Jerry rigging . I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company. Stay away from Jimmy Reed and his company Integrity Mechanical . Cheaters!! 1.From Xcel Energy - Integrity Mechanical had installed wrong size Furnace for the house on Feb,2022.Improper installation with A coil causes slow water leaking. Per Xcel Energy the installer didnâ  t calibrate the load for the square footage and installed the bigger size, very poor installation, the gap between HVAC and furnace was not sealed. Xcelâ  s recommendation is to replace furnace with another to correct this. For this reason the rooms are not getting proper heat. 2.From Cooper heating & Cooling - Integrity Mechanical had a furnace installed last year in this property. The Furnace is way to big at 132000 btu. In order to get the system to not over heat they tore a big hole in the Canvas in between furnace and evaporator coil. With this hole the system now dumps heat into basement and doesn't push any heat to Upstairs rooms. The upstairs are a lot colder than the rest of the home. Also the gas cock has been closed about half way in attempt to help with over heating . There is too much Jerry rigging to try and make this over sized furnace work. The proper fix for this situation is to replace furnace with proper sized furnace. The evaporator coil is hanging by the canvas attached to the trunk. It's not level and leaks out the back of the tray allover the Furnace.
