James came out and quickly and efficiently took out old toilet, replacing with a new one. Polite and got right to work. I was impressed with his skill and with the speed that he got the project done. Leaving everything nice clean and beautiful. I like the way the company sends a pic of the person coming out, and felt safe with him being here. I’ll def use this company again for even bigger projects.

James did a good job. He assessed the situation, provided an estimate and was able to do the work right away.

Plumber was professional, prompt, and job was completed well. Only reason I can't give more stars is that Legacy did not have anyone onsite during county inspection, as was contracted.

Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee.

They did a good job and our dog loves them.

Replaced the Water heater and sump pump under the house. Lot of work but got it done in one day.

Did a nice job on the pipes but left big holes in the walls and floor. Only time doing this so did not have wall repair folk standing by.

He showed up right on time and replaced the drainage plug with no problems.
