This wasn?t for portable generator this was for plumbing it didn?t have it in there for work done.. Do not call them they charge you more then what the job is worth specially if they know your desperate, they charge you double for working on your plumbing won?t put down the prices of what each cost has you sign papers before anything and then won?t finish the job then when you don?t have the funds and is low income they threaten to put a lean on your property to get there funds, , this is not a business it?s a scam, anyone who is desperate they take a vantage of and don?t care your situation and tell you oh well, they don?t payment plans like other companies do they careless about your issues find another plumber to do the job they will take you for everything you got?

This job started out that a electrician would call, no show for two weeks, techs came out two weeks later after not showing or calling to reschedule, they just don't show or call. Maybe they should refund the money paid for heat pump install until part gets installed to 100% customer satisfaction. They don't call, text, email on updates or anything, they wait until you call at the end of the week and tell you it will be completed the following week. After 4 plus weeks can they just tell the customer that they are incapable of completing the work and refund the money so I can get a more reliable company to complete the job. These reviews will be a daily routine until we are refunded for a job incomplete and to be able to get what we paid for.

I call and ask for the furnace tune up as advertised before winter, The Tec was here about 2 hours looking at the furnace and did a thorough job in my opinion of checking all component's. What was unbelievable is he did not clean the furnace when he had it apart. the tec leave a furnace tune up inspection and it state furnace not cleaned in inspection. If you state blower motor dirty on inspection and do take two minutes to clean it is simple unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. How we miss Dave old company these folks have lost my business, and I spent $20K over the last 10 years on equipment and service, Anyone having an alternative recommendation please post.

We had several jobs done by them. Prices always seemed high and did not break down labor and parts prices. The last job they wanted to do he said would cost over $500. We got another quote for the same job and it was only $100 for parts and labor. We will never use them again .

Everyone did there work very nicely ,neatly and was very pleased with the new Tankless Water Heater.Would highly recommend the entire Company!,,

Northern Air was very responsive and the Owner himself came out and visited with me and gave me his recommendations. We set an appointment to have the Water heater replaced and they did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend Northern Air to anyone.

It the midst of the subzero temperatures they contacted us right away after our water heater froze. They stayed In Contact with both me and my husband and they came next day to install a new one.

I would recommend them any day.

I found them very affordable, friendly. When the technician was at home, he was very professional and prompt, they were on time. Cleaned up after themselves, they were amazing!

At first I like the Co., but as time went on the furnace never did work right, and the installer never completed the work as of this day 3-5-2013. He said that the furnace was a pain and was costing them lots of time and money

Honest and professional

Joe was the third plumber to provide us with a quote for our project. His bid was significantly lower than the other two, and upon our first meeting with him, we trusted him much more than the other plumbers in the area. He is fast, professional, easily adaptible and cost efficient. We ended up hiring him to come back and do some additional work for us. Without a doubt, we will recommend him to other in the area for their plumbing needs. Thanks Joe for your help!

I was very disappointed with the service he provided us. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. The way he spoke to me was very disrespectful.
