Beware of this company! Donâ t use this company. They donâ t render the services you pay for, break equipment & donâ t fix it. Fraudulent charged my credit card for charges they claim I owe, for June, which I donâ t & charged me in Feb. 2022. Terrible service!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! About a year ago we used the company to do a drain and refill on our pool and then used them to service our pool. We pay $165 a month for full service (cleaning, chemicals, etc.) After the snow storm we didnâ t see the pool guy come for several weeks and noticed the pool was starting to get green. I called the pool company 3 times before any one finally called me back! At this point the pool was fairly green. The said they were sending out a tech but he never showed, called again and they sent out the tech but he never showed again. Finally a week (maybe more) later some one finally came out who put chemicals in the pool and checked our equipment and let us know the equipment is fine and the pool just needs cleaning. He put some thing in to make the debris settle to the Bottom of the pool and said he would be back in a few days.... Well the debris was never removed from the pool and it just got worse. Over the next 4 weeks (2 months total) the pool was not even close to clear one time and the work was never completed. During this time they continued to auto charge me, and charge me in full! No credit, nothing was offered. When I talked to the manager Terry he said he had some one come out at look at the pool and said it was green because our equipment needed to be replaced (because they didnâ t come regularly for 2 months!) and basically said it was all my fault. I was so upset I just wanted to be done with the company and asked for a refund for the last 2 months (about $330 total) and was basically told no. I was sent an extremely high quote to fix everything. I feel completely disrespected and frankly this is some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I am still going back and forth getting to be my $330 which Apprently is too much money for them to refund me even though they destroyed my pool. Stay away from this shady unprofessional company.

They were very helpful, answered all of our questions and were very friendly. Best customer service.
