Legacy Professional Exterior Services, LLC

Jack from Legacy was professional and prompt with the project. Once the work started he kept us posted on the progress at every step. Work was done fairly quickly considering the weather we have been having. His workers were prompt and professional. We are very happy with the quality of work and the overall experience. Jack also made sure that we were completely satisfied with the final work, sending in people after the project was completed to refine some work we were not entirely happy with (just minor cosmetic things). We would highly recommend Legacy Exterior Services.

Sorry, this is Maribel, not Craig. The crew did a great job. When the installation started my deck was done faster than I had thought. I Thank Jack and his crew.

Jack was constantly in communication and kept me in the loop throughout the process. His crew did an amazing job with our deck, my wife and I are happy and glad we went with Legacy!

Very professional pays attention to the details of the project being done. Very satisfied with the completed project

We were very pleased with our deck. Overall experience with Legacy and Jack Weight was excellent.

Jack's communication and responsiveness throughout the entire process were outstanding. His crew were professional, on time and their craftsmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend Legacy!

The owner and representative relationship, from the planning to the completion, was cordial honest, professional and outstanding a display of commitment of excellence.

Overall the deck looks great and is what we wanted and saved for. We had a few issues as the deck was being built and afterwards. I know it was a busy season but 3 months was a long time waiting to get all the issues complete. Communication for the owner to the contractor wasn't clear with what was talked about. Owner didn't oversee work and I had to let him and the contractors know what was wrong.

Jack and his team did an amazing job with our deck. We had potential builders give us estimates and suggestions, but Legacy's experience prevailed. Jack listened to our requests and incorporated them into his build. The level of professionalism and availability to answer all of our questions was unparalleled. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new deck! Even his prices were the best.

I highly recommend Legacy. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. The deck is so well made. This project was so worth it.

The quality of work is excellent, but the time to get the job completed and customer service from Jack is horrible. We hired this company in May 2019 to have a Deck built and concrete poured in under the deck. We were told 6-8 weeks. It only took 3 days to build the deck which happened the end of July. Now its August 8th and we are still waiting for the cement to be done. We have called Jack and texted Jack only to get no answer and no response to the text messages. Customer service is horrible once they were hired, but before we hired Jack he answered every call and text. So from May 2019 to August 2019 the job is still not complete. The guy who did the deck, did an awesome job. I am assuming this is a small family business, because one guy did the deck by himself, besides from the guy and girl that just handed him the materials on day two. If you are looking for a job done in a timely manner, this company would not be a good pick because the wait time have the work done is unheard-of. Jack mentioned that the concrete person had other jobs. You would think that the concrete would be poured right after the deck was done, but that is not the case. Two weeks later and we are still waiting for a roof concrete even though Jack promised us it would be done on Monday, August 5th but now he is not answering the calls or texts. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

We just hired this company to build a deck onto our house. We are very happy with our deck and they were extremely easy to work with, we had no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend them!

Legacy Professional Exterior Services did a great job building my deck! They were prompt, detailed and efficient. I would highly recommended them.

Very happy with the deck. They did great job

Legacy did a great job with our deck. They worked efficiently and quickly. Great service!

Jack was on it and it was done well and on time. I asked for a slight correction and he addressed it without issue. Well done.

Had a great overall experience with Legacy Professional Exterior Services. Jack Weight was my primary contact into the organization from sales to project communication to payment. Build team was led by Rob who provided solid direction and guidance. Project was started on-time, communication was good throughout, and completed within reasonable amount of time. I am excited to have a deck, which will bring a new dimension of outdoor space for entertaining and recreation, so my family and friends can enjoy it. Special thanks to Jack and Rob for making my dream a reality. Thanks

Reviewed by IP in Middletown, DE Project: Build a deck From start to finish, Jack showed professionalism, expertise in both design and build issues, and a high level of customer care based on the attention given to the all-important finishing details. Frank is clearly a highly experienced subcontractor, brought the augur to dig the holes for the foundation posts on Friday, and the deck was completed, and ready for inspection the following Wednesday! We are very pleased with this new additional to our home and would highly recommend Legacy to anyone.

Price was much lower than other offers. Jack was extremely helpful with the entire process. Frank and the crew who built the deck were absolutely amazing - professional, friendly, quick and did quality work.

Jack & crew professional, personable & I definitely highly recommend Legacy for any construction job!

they did a great job. They were excellent and I can't wait for them to do more work for me.

Jack was on time was honest we really enjoyed the conversation we had hope to do business with him

Jack and Legacy were great through the entire process. I had several companies give me estimates. Legacy was competitive but what really sold me was 1-Jack's knowledge 2) gave me the estimate quickly and with detail and 3) the excellent communication and customer service approach. The work was completed on time and on budget. I would use them again and would highly recommend
