We loved our experience working with Legacy. This is our third project we have had them do on our house and as usual the experience was smooth and easy. The communication on our project was amazing as our rep helped us with the expectations we should have with our roof. He then communicated with us as to the status of the project and what his communication looked like until our roof was approved for repair. Once the material was delivered our on-site project manager was there to give us consistent updates on where the project was at and when we could expect to have it complete. As usual it was a great experience working with Legacy and we look forward to working with them on more projects.

Our Service Rep; Matt Berney, thoroughly explained the process as it related to our insurance company, and was able to demonstrate to us what he saw and why he believed we should seek a claim. He went through all the paperwork and completely answered our questions. Matt also helped us to decide on the color; because of his assistance we chose something completely different than we had initially selected - and we're super happy with the result! Matt was very helpful at going over all the financial aspects, and took the time to tell us about those rare issues which may not be covered by insurance, which we really appreciated too! We were so impressed with the attention to detail that our Site Manager; Marcus, provided; we expected to see him once at the onset of the process, and maybe once again, but he returned multiple times to take pictures, check with his workers, and communicate the progress to us. Marcus was there when the crew began their work to ensure setup was proper, and he answered all our questions. He visited several additional times to review the progress and speak with us, and he stopped by when the work was complete to ensure we were satisfied and didn't have any other issues. he crew was very punctual and super polite! It was very impressive how cautious they were in protecting the areas around our home where the shingles were tossed when removed... I still can't believe that we didn't find any scraps in the yard at all! They were so proficient at cleaning absolutely everything before leaving each evening! If you hadn't looked up at our roof to see that it was being replaced - you'd never know it was happening from anywhere else on our property! They were incredibly hard-working! We would happily recommend Legacy to anyone seeking a new roof; they made our experience much easier than anticipated!

Legacy was absolutely great to work with - from Justin and Cole to helping us battle our insurance company (took many months to do!) to replace our siding to the actual crew (Oscar) who actually did the work. They were professional, did quality work, and communicated all throughout the process. Would highly recommend!

We would definitely recommend Legacy Restoration! They recently did a roofing project for us. Our service representative, Justin Wenzel, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. David Bull helped in the initial inspection and dealt with the insurance company which made things so easy for us. The company had excellent communications with us. Joyel Krogstad was very efficient and contacted us by text, voice mail and email. Michael John Lambert and his crew were efficient, did an outstanding job and completed the entire roofing project in one day. We've had many excellent comments on how nice our roof looks and the city inspector who checked the roof commented that it was well done. Thank you, Legacy!

Legacy completed a full roof replacement for me last week. Their representative Wade Own did a great job making the process very smooth. He worked well with our insurance adjuster and guided us through the project. Legacy did a nice job calling us ahead of time so that we were prepared for the project. The site supervisor, John Omara, checked in with me multiple times and ensured the job was complete before leaving the site. The yard was properly cleaned. Wade contacted me afterwards to make sure everything completed correctly. Excellent Job! Thanks Wade and John.

Working with Legacy has been great. From the start of the project asking for quotes to the very end through final invoicing I couldnâ  t have asked for a better experience. My rep John S did an amazing job working with me to help a novice understand everything that comes with replacing your siding answering even the dumbest of questions. Though the project had a long lead time (due to supply chain issues out of Legacy's control) I never felt forgotten by them. When it came time to install, they took care of everything from material delivery to dumpster removal. The job site coordinator kept me very informed daily on the progress being made and when I could expect to have the project completed. The end result was well worth the wait as my home has been transformed with quality that far exceeds what I expected. I highly recommend Legacy for any home remodeling projects.
