I am not the one to usually leave a bad review And I always hate doing so but I feel like Aaron left me with no choice but the share my experience with others. I got a check from escrow when I bought the house in February because there was some damage to the siding around the Chimneys. The seller had Aaron come out and gave us the estimate and based on the reviews I told the escrow company that I was OK with him completing the job so the escrow company made the check out to Legacy Roofing. A month and a half later, Aaron has failed to respond to my messages, calls, and even the calls of a realtor. The one time we did talk was on Monday, March 22 he apologizes for not getting back to me and said that he went 2 weeks without a phone because of Apple. Even though the messages continue to say delivered because it was an iMessage and the phone calls continue to go through. he promised me that he would be out either Wednesday or Friday, March 26 which was a month after he was supposed to be out originally. I was so delighted to hear from him that I offered a couple of hundred dollars if he followed through. Sadly enough March 22 was the last time I heard from him. I call almost every day minus the weekends and text as well hoping to receive a response one day. He knows that I am at his mercy and I can not have anybody else complete the job because the checks already made out to him. Escrow will not allow me to change companies. To my understanding if the check is not cashed by the deadline of 4/26 the money will go back to the seller which I believe may be Aaron friend because the seller was very adamant about using Legacy Roofing and would not allow another company to do the siding. The check expires April 26 and at that point, I will be out $2000. I will definitely update my review if or when Aaron with Legacy Roofing ever responds. Unfortunately, at this time I cannot recommend this company and I would strongly encourage you to choose somebody else especially if you are getting a check via escrow. My experience has been you will be waiting forever because he knows the checks already made out to him if he even comes out at all. I do not normally do this but if anybody has any further questions or wants to contact me about my experience feel free to. I would be more than happy to send pictures of the unanswered text messages and phone calls and even Messages I sent him of the check. One last thing that I might mention is this seems to be a pattern based on the reviews.

Scott was honest and upfront about the whole process and very accommodating to my family needs. Him and his son did a great job on the kitchen and hallway cabinets. I totally recommend them to all my family and friends. I cant stop talking and sharing photos of my kitchen. Thank you so much.
