Reviews
Write a ReviewLegacy sent invoice for payment to fix their defective work they did previously that was paid for. Extremely disappointed
Our work was not defective. The leak which occurred about eight weeks after we had performed our repair, was not related to our work as the piece leaking was for water treatment. When you reached out to tell us that you had no water and needed water, we were onsite within one hour to get to the business of getting your water back up and running. The $352.25 service call invoice seemed fair to us despite a forty minute drive each way. We wish that our reply could include a photo so that we could show the defective material which we've kept as it's something that we would never use. However, we do walk away from this encounter with the knowledge that as a crew we need to perhaps take more time to explain what we've found, but in the moment running water was the priority.
Thanks to Kevin for coming back with the truck that had a hose long enough to not come down the driveway. Nice gent.
Excellent service and communication. Project was less than we thought it would be. Would definitely recommend
We were in the process of selling our home and the septic inspection revlealed that our drainage field had failed. Legacy septic was very responsive to our closing/reloaction dates and had the drainage field replaced within 7 days of calling. Highly recommend.
We cannot say enough great things about this company! From the owner and his wife to the front-line crew, this is by far some of the best, most personable service we have had from anyone! We had the unfortunate luck of having our septic system fail on us. We had a different company when it happened that recommended a whole new system without any diagnostics at all. We were very uncomfortable with that and decided to seek a second opinion. Based on the reviews, we called it Legacy. George was very thorough and knowledgeable in his approach towards an accurate diagnosis. He suggested digging up the area where we found saturation and seeing if there was a leak or something broken that could be an easy fix before moving forward with an entire system replacement. Additionally, he had the county scheduled an hour later with a PC test in case we found a worst-case scenario. It just so happens we did find a worse case, and we were there to see the failed system for ourselves when they dug it up. Therefore, we knew for sure that what we were being told was accurate and an honest assessment of our situation.
Had a major issue on the weekend and they jumped right on it and fixed the problem the same day even though the weather was miserable and they ran into a few snags.
