Demarkus did a great job. He was kind, fast and communicative. They were able to get us in quickly as well, even directly after a snow storm!

Demarcus was an expert in all the areas we needed. Our projects were tankless water heater, faucet replacement, etc. We had used other businesses previously but they could not diagnose properly. Demarcus was able to do so in minutes. He is also kind and friendly. Much appreciated!!!

I have an issue with my gas water heater. The gas control valve needs to be replaced. The legacy Service company was assigned by my warranty company and they did the original diagnostic and recommended replacement. They said they would be back in about 4 days to repair once parts were in. It is now 2.5 weeks later and I have been rescheduled going on 3 times. They still have not come. They reschedule via text which you cannot reply to. They do not answer calls when calling to inquire about why. This is unacceptable. Terrible company to work with. I am in the process of reassigning my claim and am disgusted by the lack of customer service or even basic communication by this company. Would not recommend it at all.

I never leave reviews. They were picked up by my home warranty company. They texted me an appointment date without even speaking with me, then did not show up. I called and no one answered. I left a message and an email, and they finally called back and said they had canceled and rescheduled. They finally came out and diagnosed my AC problem several days later. They ordered parts and said that once the parts were in, they would be able to repair them quickly. That was a lie. Please do not come here!!! I just called again and they said my appointment was rescheduled as the parts were not available. I called them out on that, as they had told me the parts were in when they scheduled the appointment for today to begin with. She said she would call their supervisor and get back to me. My HW company called them later and was told they were coming out today. I called multiple times to find out what time it was. I finally got someone to answer and they said the HW company never called and they would not be coming for a week. They did tell me the vendor had sold the part because they had never purchased it from the vendor, to begin with and that they ordered one online. 8/17/22 Well, it has been a week. I got a confirmation call this morning saying the tech would call when they were 30 minutes out. About an hour later, I got another call saying they never got the part and would try calling local vendors and try to get ahold of the company that it was supposed to be shipped from a week ago to see if they could overnight it. This company is a joke.

They were on time , affordable and all around amazing. I am 100 percent satisfied.

I had a really scary situation with my duct work. DeMarkus was able to get me on his schedule extremely fast and was able to come out and help take care of my issues. He was very friendly and professional. He also took the time to educate me on other issues that he saw that could become a problem. I will definitely be using Legacy Service Company in the future.
