Wood Fence Installation
I hired them under the pretense that I would have to fence up in three gave him 2700 hundred dollars. days three days passed no fence said he went out of town. the next week passed said he was sick next week passed still no fence! Finally came out on Friday after I sent a text saying I heeded my fence up asap! Came out dug out two holes broke thru a gas line had no insurance so ended up paying $2350.00 on the repairs of the gas line! It has been a month and I am still trying to get $ 700.00 dollars back out of the $2700.00 dollars I gave him! He is claiming I still owe him Labor and equipment rental !! Not happy at all. And overall this out of $2350.00 and $ 700.00 and still no fence! (Do not just do not).

"Delays were caused by exposure to COVID-19. The homeowner moved my dig line against my advice and insisted I dig where he wanted. Thus resulting in the gas line break. I gave a very good price making the cost of materials well over half the final cost of the job. The labor and tool rentals involved to dig through several tree roots as well as acquiring the materials delivered were greater than the amount requested upfront. The homeowner broke the agreement made and requested a refund, which is when I informed him that he would not be getting back what he wanted as I actually took a loss by his breach of contract."
