Legacy StoneWorks of Framingham, MA, did a very nice job on our walkway. As a nonprofit alumni organization without state funding, we have to be careful to find a good value. Good craftsmanship at our 1917 historic property is important too. There were a lot of details to consider: erosion, use of existing pavers, straightening of the pathway, care of plantings. Legacy's entire staff worked hard and cheerfully to create a crafted, appropriate look for the transition from the cement sidewalk to pavers to natural stones. They helped us with some other small problems too--cooperative the entire time. The owner consulted with us and always responded quickly. From the start, we were very impressed with his written contract spelling out the construction details and at the finish, the work was admired.

The team did an amazing job building a stone wall in front of my house. We’re very quick with getting me an estimate, booking, and working! Cannot recommend enough. Definitely will hire again for other projects!

The job we hired Legacy Stoneworks for was for a commercial building in Grafton that has a lot of customers and foot traffic. I am the property manager and we like to keep the image of the property in mind for not only our customers but from a professional standpoint looking beautiful. Rodrigo did not waste time and came out on a Sunday to quote the job and I had an estimate a day later which was very reasonable. His crew was professional and attentive to my request regarding working hours and conditions. They did a fantastic job which turned out better than I imagined. Being a property manager I get at least 3 estimates from contractors, I do not go with the cheapest or the most expensive, I am looking for sincerity and professionalism. Legacy Stoneworks did patio repair and cleanup for 9 units in our complex. I must admit, we have never seen our patios looking this great (even when they were new). Project: Design and install a patio. This project was not easy. The design and build of this paver patio should have been straightforward. The challenge came from the adjacent conservation area and town. There were other patios that had been built in this complex without approval from the conservation officer. This created a scenario that meant my project would be scrutinized and managed to the nth degree. Rodrigo was amazing. He knew what was happening and understood town politics. He was patient and willing to work with the conservation group as they adjusted the requirements a few times. He had to step over some land mines but he and his team designed and built a patio that met my needs and also the town?s requirements. They were on budget, responsive to me, cleaned up and delivered a great product. I highly recommend.

Hired Legacy StoneWorks to repoint my front steps, and couldn’t be happier with the work and the entire experience.
