I had an emergency situation. The main water valve was broken and I had no water in the building. He was able to come out and repair the valve within 24 hours of detection. He clean up after. His price was fare considering the urgency of the situation. In comparison I did call around and one other person was willing to do the job, but his price was much higher and he was not giving me a reasonable guarantee with the job. Meaning, other issues may develop and the warranty would not cover. I would highly recommend Leggy plumbing and heating.

Leggy was amazing, I would use them again for any plumbing needs. He was very professional, punctual, efficient and helpful. Lyndon made it easy to schedule an appointment and kept me updated with texts about his arrival. He explained any issues with the plumbing that I was worried about and put my worries at ease. Leggy is the best. I never used this site before. I was a little skeptical about it. Usually, I like to use recommendations. I called Leggy about a leak in my bathtub faucet. He was very puctual. Explained to me the problem. Told me how much it was going to cost. I told him I got a few more coming from Home Advisor to give me an estimate. He said okay call me if you decide you want me. Very nice not pushy. So I said you got the job. When can you do it. He said I will get the new parts in the truck now. I was shocked couldn't believe he had it in his truck. So I said I'm going to cancel the other estimates coming later. Didn't take long. Very neat. Did not make a mess. Replaced the new parts. Then he left. About an hour later I heard water dripping from my closet where the boiler room was. I opened the door noticed from a valve where you shut the water off in my condo unit. It was dripping called Leggy. He said it shouldn't be dripping. He noticed there was tape on the valve. I said yes the handyman did that awhile ago. I told him I could try and close it myself. He said you can't. I need a wrench and he was at another job out in a different borough, Brooklyn. I live in Queens. He would stop by on his way home. When he came back and removed the tape the water started leaking well it exploded. He then taped over the valve so it would stop leaking. He said it was old. It needs to be replaced. He said this is a big problem. Becuz I live in a condo and the main valve to shut all the units off is outside and you need permission from the property manager. And also this is Fri evening with the Coronavirus shut down this week. Leggy told me when I get a hold of management tomorrow Saturday he will put his other jobs on hold come back to me because this is an emergency. Leggy called me Saturday late morning before I called him back. I told him I haven't received a response back yet. He was so nice. Talk to management for me. Management was giving me a hard time also. Said they need to give notice to all the units it's not so easy. Wait till Monday and it's Saturday night. Leggy tried his best to talk to management said it is an emergency I have no water whatsoever. He was not successful. Then LEGGY had an idea said if I had a waterhose and you get someone else's waterhose. He can put it together and I would have water. But I said I don't. He said he would bring me a hose. I told him I don't know the people next door. Don't want to ask. I'll wait till Monday morning 8am. LEGGY came before 8am management gave that time. Made him wait lied to him said someone would come by and show him where the shut off valve was. They made him wait over 1 hour. If it was some other company they would charge me. Plumbing companies. Lol. LEGGY did not charge me. Leggy Plumbing & Heating LLC. is reasonable, reliable and most of all Sincere, Hardworking and Honest. Everyone should call Leggy. I will be using Leggy again. I am keeping his telephone number in my contacts. Thank you so much Leggy.
