Jesse was great to work with. He responded to our request right away, and made an appt for the next day. He is thorough, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. He explained each step of the inspection and when the report came back he provided an easy to understand analysis along with his recommendations. And his cost was much lower than others we had researched. He also responded to our questions immediately. We highly recommend Jesse!

I was very pleased with the prompt & professional manner that Jesse displayed with my home inspection regarding a possible mold issue. His cost was much lower than any others I had contacted, and I did not feel I was short changed by any means. His communication was excellent as he explained step by step what he would be doing. He offered great common sense advice & followed up his inspection with a phone call, his report of findings & the report from the test lab. I would definitely recommend Legion Property Inspections! I will certainly use him again if & when the need arises.

Jesse arrived promptly, and assessed our home in a very methodical calm manner. Cost was lower than anyone in town. I would recommend Legion Property to anyone in need of a home inspection (ours was specifically for assessing mold after flooding).

Jesse was punctual and very personable. He took time to explain his initial on-site findings and recommendations to better understand what areas needed attention. In addition to a written report he provided thermal images of problem areas on the interior. Highly recommend this professional.
