Carpets were cleaned prior to moving in. The previous owners had a lot of cats so he was able to get most of the cat hair removed via cleaning. Carpets were several years old and looked clean after.

Professional and personable, Jacob and Joel got right down to business and very efficiently tackled the "lane lines" on the wall-to-wall carpet that have been building up over years. The carpeted stairs look wonderful. This team was respectful of us and of our property, including the hard wood floors. Would recommend, refer and rehire.

they don't take off their shoes and drag a huge hose through your hardwood floors. No attention to detail. My carpets weren't any cleaner after they left but my floors were scratched. To be fair the guys were extremely polite and friendly.

This business is run and staffed by high quality people. They arrived on the day and time that they said they would to pick up a large rug that had to be shortened and the same thing happened when they delivered the rug back to me, They also communicated with me during the rug alteration process. First rate and the cost for the work was reasonable.
