Iâ m writing this to warn anyone considering LVR Lehigh Valley Renovations for their flooring needs. My experience with them has been an absolute disaster. I hired them to furnish and install LVT flooring for the second floor of my daughterâ s house, and it turned out to be a complete nightmare. From the outset, their business practices were shady. They provided a quote and required full payment in advance, which we paid without hesitation. Once the payment was made, things took a turn for the worse. They started bombarding us with numerous change orders, each one adding more to the cost. It became evident that these were just tactics to squeeze more money out of us. When we refused to accept their unreasonable demands, they delivered the flooring materials and then disappeared. They never showed up to install the floor, leaving us high and dry. Despite repeated attempts to contact them and get them to complete the job, they were unresponsive and did not honor their commitment. In the end, we had no choice but to hire another contractor to complete the installation. This added additional costs and a lot of unnecessary stress. Do yourself a favor and avoid LVR Lehigh Valley Renovations at all costs. They are unreliable, dishonest, and unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and find a contractor who will actually follow through on their promises.

LVR renovated our kitchen into a beautiful new space that completely changed the flow of our house. The entire LVR team was polite and friendly, and the schedule was always easily visible allowing us to constantly know who was coming and when. Dave and Mody made sure to address our questions/concerns (with explanations, resolutions, etc.) and always took our concerns seriously, even coming out to our house together at one point within 24 hours to address our concerns. We have recommended them to neighbors, and we would definitely use them again for future projects.

Use an online interface to keep up with communications and schedule but was not very mobile-friendly. They keep good notes in terms of requested scope of work and were professional in that regard. There were a couple on instances where I wish they would have checked in with me to ask questions when an issue was in doubt but ultimately everything worked out ok. I had already done most of the heavy labor work (Demo/Haul Away/Installation) as well as supplied all materials. For this reason I felt the value was not that great (90% involved tile work) but they are definitely very competitive with other contractors who were asking a lot more! Get a schedule commitment up front. In our case they tried to fit us in between other jobs and a 1 week job took over 5 weeks from time of request. Not really their fault, just a matter of timing since we could not wait until they had a full week oprn/available. Online Payment process is easy and painless. Overall, a professional and courteous outfit but make sure up from that there are no questions about anything before they start, especially if you cannot be there to monitor progress in person. Definitely worth a look in comparison to other contractors when it comes to cost/value.

My wife and I took some time to finalize the project which worked out for us. Lehigh Valley Renovations provided us with several options and worked with us the whole way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good contractor.

They also brought in electicians and plumbers to do work that was done very well...All were personable and respectful. The work was exceptional and they cleaned up after every days work. Even when something gave issue they took care of it asap and repaired or cleaned up afterward. When they demo'd they found some very big issues (to us) and they worked with us to do the work right. We wanted more cabinetry and the old cabinets sanded and painted. They built new cabinetry and matched the old perfectly . as in photos that may have been posted ...My kitchen is my dream kitchen. They also did both bathrooms and wow what beautiful rooms they are now..

The attention to detail is very impressive. They are dedicated to offering a high standard of craftsmanship. My dining room ceiling was challenging to replace. Dave and Mike installed a new ceiling and added crown molding. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished room.
