Polar Ice Air is fantastic, I cannot recommend them enough. I have two older HVAC units that many previous companies have told us need to be replaced without even looking at them. Matt is extremely knowledgable and honest, he has been able to get both of our old units back up and running within 12hrs of calling. Their prices are fair and the quality and responsiveness cant be beat.

what impressed me the most was the NO Hassle No Pressure during the Estimate Phase. I did my homework prior to contacting anyone for an estimate, so I had a very good idea of what equipment was appropriate for my home. I spent several days researching equipment performance specific for my project and of course price. Knowledge is Power, if I had not put in the time and effort to understand what was reasonable and fair(for my home) I would have paid more than TWICE the final cost I paid for my Mini-Split A/C, so immediately I knew" Polar Ice" was being Fair and Honest. On Install Day; They showed up on time, the structure of my home presented some heretofore unknown challenges which they handled brilliantly. Very pleasant interaction with crew, all-in-all a very smooth and uneventful installation. Highly recommend !!!!!!!!!!!!

I would highly recommend Polar ice a/c. I hired them to replace all my ductwork. They were very responsive, showed up on time, did fantastic work and cleaned up when the were done.

Polar Ice was very attentive to my issue (I had a room that was hotter than the rest of the house). I thought I needed a mini-split but they told me all I needed was another vent and an additional return - which saved me money. They were punctual, respectful of my house and wore masks the entire time. I consider them to be fair and honest. They were also fast on the job. I will recommend them to my friends and family and will call them first if I ever have another A/C issue.

They did great work! And they did so on time and exactly as promised. It is good to know that there are people who take pride in their work. I needed to have a new dryer vent cut through a cinder block wall...other companies wanted nothing to do with the job. Polar Ice came through for me. I heartily recommend them!

They cleaned up the site when they were gone and did a professional job.
