We are now in our 12th years of a home built for us by Jim Leising. The quality is obvious and the him continues to remain trouble free. We even had Jim add a second garage with a work room and bathroom several years ago. It also remains trouble free. The job was so well executed that the neighbors even commented the garage addition looks like it was built as part of the original home construction. In an industry where the character of some contractors may come into question, there were no problems here. Jim was easy to work with and made every attempt possible to stay within the budget. His experience form other new home construction and remodeling allows Jim to put fourth great suggestions to insure the home will be functional and avoid problems not seen by the owner during planning. I will highly recommend Jim Leising to anyone considering building or remodeling a home. You will find it to be a "no grief" experience and will be completely satisfied with the final results. Several of my neighbors living in homes built by Jim share the same opinion.
