Ed Leisure is great and a man of his word. However, the granite man was a prima dona, way behind the schedule he promised, and finished the job on a Saturday with a strong santa anna wind blowing and got granite dust all over my house, among other complaints.

"I hire tradesmen based on quality of work. Granite was beautiful & clients son was amazed at the improvement. The saw was placed 12-15 ft from front door AND door was kept closed except for entering & exiting. Strong Santa Anas says it all. The world is not perfect."

Ed did not provide the services he described and was definitely not on time (3 month delay in completion),he was not present when subcontractors were working, as promised. His subs were very messy and did not provide the cleanup he described at any level. He did offer good design solutions. The job messed up the holidays, birthdays, and anniversary when we had intended to host friends and relatives.

"Client forgot to say the job size increased greatly.From small bath remodel to knocking out a wall to enlarge. Adding a 16x30'stained ship lap ceiling with a sub ceiling for adhesion. Only time I was not there was when tile was being done,checked daily with customer by phone and every other day in person. Taped off entire mast.bed&bath but some ultra fine tile dust gets thru all cracks. Added16x30 tiled Mbed floor that HAD TO BE ground out not scraped off. Job area is completely separated from home &'in no way'came in contact with rest of home. Job started 10-21to2-1'including' extra work. This adds extra time Please read other 24 rating"

The job came in on time and on budget. We kept adding things when we found out that Ed is so much more than a painter and his pricing was always competitive. I highly recommend Leisure Contractors.

We had really great experience with Ed Leisure. He did the painting of the first floor of our house. Not only he performed very professionally and in a timely manner but he also took some time to help us to choose the right colors and had great design ideas. Our walls have custom paint look and we already got a lot of compliments from our friends. The price was fair and Ed also did some additional jobs without charging us for that. It was very nice to meet his wife, Sharie, she was a big help too. We will definitely hire Ed Leisure again to do the painting of the second floor and some other jobs around the house.

Couldn't be happier with the expert service from Ed Leisure. I plan on hiring him again in the future. He has a wealth of knowledge and lots of ideas. He is very fair in what he charges and is very professional and friendly. I originally hired Ed to paint a 1660 sq ft condo and was so impressed with his work I hired him back within two weeks to install baseboards for me. Fantastic job! Thanks Ed!

Leisure Contractors are highly professional and highly efficient. I literally received a phone call from Ed Leisure within 5 minutes of submitting a work request via ServiceMagic.com. That was impressive. Due to my time constraints, Ed Leisure offered to work on Christmas Day to accommodate my move-in target date! That�s absolute dedication. His work and work ethic are of high quality. He completed a paint job (for an entire unit) in one day while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Leisure Contractors. They are both trustworthy and priced very reasonably.

No problems all good. I am an ex builder not wanting to do second story dare devil work in my older years. I had read in other posts where someone was complaining. Would suspect he was not a craft person. Dry wall dust will get on everything when you work with it period. Remodel walls will not always be straight - when you tie to existing that has settled over the years.

Ed Leisure completed the painting on time per contract. We also had him tile a bathroom floor, grouting and re-set the toilet. He changed three chandellier type lights and a bathroom fixture, as well as installing a GFI plug in our laundry. Ed is well rounded in construction. He works efficiently and communicates well. We may have other projects for him in the near future. Very satisfied.

I had an excellent experience with Leisure Contractors for my interior painting job. These guys are very well organized throughout the process from discussion phase to actually doing the work. Leisure contractor are not just regular painters but also gives you an ideas for color combinations to make it look like a custom experience. Prices are also very reasonable. They hear all the complains very positively and fix it. Leisure also protected my carpet while painting. Throughout the job Leisure guys were very clean and organized. I would love to hire them again for my next painting job.

Hired to knock down/extend kitchen wall, frame bathroom door, move electrical and smooth coat ceiling. Was messy and I found many mistakes. Caulking around door was sloppy, extended wall was crooked and I had to have him re-smooth ceiling. Spray texture was sprayed everywhere including clothes and carpet. Dust all over appliances. Did not show up a few times . I will never hire him again. My 1st experience with a contractor was awful!!!

"This consumer was installing kitchen cabs. I clean after 'MYSELF' daily. He added demo of tile counters & backsplash, which made more drywall work. Due to his business trip I only had a 4 hour time frame and charged only $100.00. Also, fixed floor under frig, island, fixed an A/C vent and installed extra plugs for no charge. The existing wall was off to begin with. I followed existing line. (Bid did not include wall replacement) I was on time daily. His week�s vacation put us behind. The consumer called later to ask that a two foot section of � round be stained. I left stain for him to complete his cabs. Please note 12 other reviews"

Leisure Contractors was great choice for me. Ed and his wife came to meet with me and helped me decide what colors matched, he gave great recommendations and really knew what he was doing. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the interior paint and staining of the kitchen, but he was willing to help me out with hanging the ceiling fans, vanity lights and bathroom mirrors. He took the time to clean up after his job, and to fix any scuffs. I was able to let him and his team in to paint while I was away at work and I completely trusted him. I highly recommend them!

Ed is a sincerely nice person, who also happens to be very interesting to talk with - a nice bonus!; he also has some excellent suggestions, style-wise - we are happy we took some of that advice. The job took longer than we expected, but again, some of that is most definitely due to us! Ed was patient the great majority of the time when we pointed out areas requiring touch-up, or fixing. Even after the job was "officially" completed, Ed readily arranged to completed, Ed readily arranged to come over and remedy an area;; that demonstrates a level of responsibility and willingnessto "go the distance", even after the final check has cleared!

We had Leisure Contractors remove the popcorn ceilings, paint the inside of the house, and paint our cupboards. The service was excellent! Everything looks great and the price was very reasonable. In addition, Ed Leisure went above and beyond the scope of work. He installed our ceiling fan, blinds, and curtains for no extra charge. I will be using Leisure Contractors again!
