Hired to build sunroom.. after giving them almost 18000 they left.. After hiring lawyers for 3000 only received 3000 back.. Jim Hughes was our salesman. We were not the only ones in the area whom lost great sums of money..

Did not send a team of professionals. Kept pushing dates to work back. They charged premium rates and purchased cheap material, did not measure correctly, made many mistakes and the job remains unfinished today with an expensive special order door that I paid for still not delivered to me. A horrible experience.

Sales person was knowledgeable and promised to schedule the date with me and the electrician. I had to keep asking for the date once the month came and went and did not hear back. Finally got scheduled for a date which was missed several times and found out only because I took the initiative to ask a day before. I had to provide my electrician's contact info 3 times and he was notified only a day before it was scheduled. After my electrician showed up they could only do 1/2 work as the pool guys were still working. Later my electrician verified it worked after pools guys were gone.

Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool Replacement
The sales person arrived right ontiime was very clear and knowledgeable. The new liner was installed promptly even though this is the busy time. The installers were courteous and competent and even helped me repair a plastic pipe going from the pool to the pipe that I broke trying to reconnect the pump after being disconnected for the winter, which was not part of their job. The shop gave me excellent advice on treating the fresh water. Their prices were comparable to other places I checked but I suspect their service is far superior.
