We talked to several contractors regarding our project. Leisure Time Decks exceeded our expectations by miles. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a high quailty and professional experience. The entire team at LTD was exceptional to work with. Oh and by the way our project was supposed to take 6 weeks but was completed to our satisfaction in 4 weeks.

Lesiure Time did a great job in buidling a quality deck for us. The crew was friednly & efficient, the deck design was well done, and the finished product was excellent! John Harper negotaited in good faith and was honest and dependable.

John was great when it came to lisenting and working with me on my vision for the screened in porch and deck stairs. The finished project turned out to be exactly what I had hoped for. I was very pleased. They were very professional and completed the project on time and on budget. We had to change our original plan due to permit issues and they were able to come up with an alternative plan that actually ended up even better than our original plan. I would highly recommend them and will use them for any future projects that I have.

LT Decks consulted on and constructed a new deck for us, as well as made modifications to some existing deck structures. Additionally, they replaced a sliding glass door with a set of french doors. Later, we called them back to stain our deck and paint our entire house with new colors. Overall, we were very pleased with this business. John Harper is very professional and great to work with. The deck and house improvements they made look wonderful. They returned on 2 occassions to address some very minor issues we had post-construction. Would definitely recommend them to friends and use them again in the future.

Very knowledgeable regarding building codes. John had great ideas on the design of the deck. We were not quite sure how the deck and stairs would fit into the area we wanted it to go. We also wanted a door installed. Everything came out perfect! They showed up when they said they would and were very clean when they finished every day. They even replaced some pine straw which I didn't expect. Would definitely recommend them!

I had three very good estimates but decided to go with Leisure Time because I felt like their proposal and their costs were more in line with my goals. Needles to say, I was very happy with Leisure Time. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the overall process. The crew showed up on time and was very curtious and frienldy to my family. Leisure Time did an outstanding job on my deck and exceeded all of my expectations. They completed the project on time and on budget all while paying extremely close attention to detail. I could not be happier with my deck and would highly recommend using Leisure Time.

Harper Construction is a first class company. They came out discussed the project, gave me some alternatives and price estimates while they were on site. They then sent me a detailed written price quote and an estimated start date. They actually started a little early and did the work on schedule. The quality of the work was excellent and did a nice job of cleaning up too. I would highly recommend Harper Construction and plan to use them again.

They were very professional and easy to work with. They listened to my ideas and understood EXACTLY what I was interested in creating with my front porch. I felt like we communicated well and they always got back to me promptly if I had questions. Their quote was reasonable and they stuck to it, even when there were a few extras that cropped up. I could not recommend them highly enough! I love my front porch!

Our experience was excellent and I would feel comfortable recommending Joel and his team to anyone. We had a challenging deck issue to try to bring a 2nd floor deck to a pool below with little access. Joel came up with a design that lowered the deck and brought the entertainment area from the 2nd floor to the backyard. They also completely replaced a rotting fence with a shadowbox and arched design. The transformation of our backyard space is amazing. Joel and his guys provided excellent quality, design services and completed the job neatly and quickly. We will definitely use their services again and recommend them to our friends and family.

Joel built a deck in the backyard and steps leading to the front door. My wife and I had a concept of what we wanted the deck to look like. Joel and his crew built a deck just like we wanted. My neghibor said it best - "that deck is beautifull." I also got Joel to re build my front steps that were not built correectly. The steps are beautifull too.

We hired Joel to install a cedar split rail fence. He came out and walked the property and gave us a good bid. He and his crew showed up on time and worked straight through the day. They were clean and respectful.
