I had the nice surprise to see a woman repairman, for a change. I felt more comfortable with a woman repairing my spa motor than a man. She was very professional, very pleasant and helpful.

They were terrific at working me into their schedule during a busy time of the year, and had fair pricing.

They were nice, knowledgeable and kept me in the loop.

They responded immediately to the service request and everything went as expected.

Everything was PERFECT.....except that I didn't know he was going to be a day late and didn't know when he actally came the 1st time. The tech was wonderful, informative and VERY well mannered. Thank you.

I am so happy with this experience. I have a spa tub in my master bathroom that had a couple of problems. The jets wouldn't turn on and the tub leaked through the ceiling into my kitchen below. The plumber I called said I needed an electrician because there wasn't electricity running to the switch to turn on the jets. The electrician said I needed a plumber to see if the pump tripped the breaker. A do-it-all man wanted $4500 to tear out the tiles in front of the tub and figure out what was going on. We couldn't use this tub for more than two years because I wasn't sure what to do. Then a friend told me about Service Magic. They referred me to Leisure Tubs who came and took care of everything. There were three problems and they figured it out. All for less than anything I would have thought. I am happy!

Nick and his crew were just great. They diagnosed my problem correctly and fixed it promptly. This after another company couldn't seem to figure it out. Nick et al were most patient about demonstrating the fix to me, and did not charge me for the extra time. They were prompt and pleasant, and the price was more than fair. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
