Jeff came out and repaired my roof for much less than half the price the company who just repaired my roof less than a year ago quoted me to fix it!

Good response time. Repair done on a Saturday morning. Has not yet rained so can not rate repair success. Mr. Leland called to check on the job later that day. He said he would guarantee the repair.

Jeff Leland answered my call and fit a small evaluation and repair task at the end of his workweek. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and good communicator...all qualities we appreciate in dependable contract resources.

The roof was not installed correctly. No ventilation. Caused mold. No corrective measures. Terrible communication. No resolution!

So far repair work seems to be ok.

Jeff Leland was professional and did the repairs rather than trying to sell me something I didn't require.

I have a leak in the roof. They spent a good part of the morning trying to find the leak. We could not find the leak and offered to come back if it starts up again. They spent alot of time and did not charge me a dime since we could not mimic the leak. Good communication and very nice people. I will call again.
