Lemus Construction is by far one of the most ethical and conscientious construction businesses I have worked with. In my recent large deck replacement project, Jorge and his work crew of Victor, Carlos, and Richard paid great attention to detail, the innovation of design, and pride in their work. They were consummate professionals from start to finish, and no challenge was too daunting. From his original estimate to the completion of the project, Jorge's advice and professional acumen were quite evident and indicative of his level of expertise. The final product was much nicer than I had originally envisioned. If you are thinking about building, repairing, or replacing a deck or other home construction improvements do not decide until you have talked with Jorge. You will not be sorry. I highly recommend Lemus Construction with no reservations.

Very pleased with Jorge and Victor of Lemus Construction LLC on all the fine work they did on my deck. From the beginning to the end they maintain good working ethics, professional and friendly. Communication is the key on both sides, from the deck removal, to constantly inquired on how I prefer this or that, nor did I observe neither one slow down or take one of those long breaks. And at the end of the day (usually sun-set) pickup/clean any equipment or waste. Reasonable Price and Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough how extremely happy I’m with my new composite patio deck. The Lemus Construction crew did an awesome job. Mr Jorge & Mr Victor arrived on time and worked very hard. The price was very reasonable and I couldn’t be more happy. Not only did they rebuild my deck from scratch they placed my gazebo on top along with my furniture. My next door neighbor has complimented their work and I will definitely hire them again for some future work. Lemus Construction repaired 21 decks and 26 carport and did a stellar job for a fair price. They are honest, skilled and low impact to our condo complex. I plan on using their pro services for upcoming work. I've been in commercial building 43 years and know quality workmanship, they've got it! This company did a great job on my deck. The only issue I have is with their communication. After we scheduled the work, I was told they would start on a Friday. I was never given an arrival time or an estimated completion time. They came to my house around 12 and then left to go get materials. When the returned ot was almost 3pm. The worked until about 6 and left without saying anything. The next day when none showed up I had to reach out to them and was told that they would be back on Monday. I had to ask for updates on the project if wanted to know how it was going. Like I said the quality of work is great, but I wish there was better communication and that expectations were made clear.

They did an amazing job. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I will definitely use their service for other projects. They were able to incorporate some of the existing material with the new which keep cost down. Prior deck was leaning and not exactly built to code by the builders. I was informed of all aspects of the project continuously. Great job guys.

Jorge and his helpers completely took down our huge old deck and replaced all of the rotting boards underneath our trex decking. It was a huge deck and huge project and he was able to use all of the old trex decking and was able to save us thousands of dollars. Others wanted to charge us tens of thousands of dollars, telling us the trex could not be reused. It's great to find someone who is honest and not out to rip you off, hire him and you will not regret your decision.
