I hired Lemus for a spring cleanup and wanted to contract with them for cleanups only. Frankie was very responsive to my inquiry; he came the next day to give me a fair estimate. When I accepted his estimate, we agreed on a start date and he was here promptly. Him and his crew did a wonderful and thorough job and I would definitely recommend and use Lemus again.
