Lemus Roofing

Lemus Roofing , did a build up on my roof 3 years ago ( A 5 year Warranty ) I called them two weeks ago for a leak on that roof. They are out of Buss. His last known Add. was an Apt. in Costa Mesa. Good luck finding them.......

I appreciated that it was rainy weather and they had lots to do, but they came and fixed my problem.!!! I am grateful. Sorry, this is late in writing, they were here in December and January. They were friendly and courteous and no leaks since they were here.

Mike and his partner were great. They did a tune-up on our tile roof. Looks beautiful.

very good work and fast

The first responder was Mike. He inspect the roof and said he found at least 14 broken tiles. He seem knowledgeable, explain to me what cause the leak and email me a quote for the repair. I receive several quote with about the same price range. I Choose Lemus because of Mike. On the schedule appointment day . Somebody else show up for the work and not Mike. I have to explain what the situation is again. They went up the roof and only found 8 tiles. They did not even touch the area that was leaking. I have to pointed out to them and have Mike call them for instruction. They still only replace 8 of the fourteen that was in the quote. I talk to Mike and he said he would come out and check their work. I call back twice and both time he promise to come out. He no longer answer my call after that. Two weeks has pass and have not heard a beep. My mistake is to paid them in full and hoping they honor there quote. I was wrong. Lesson learn. Can not be nice. I will not recommend Lemus to any one.

Friendly, professional and prompt.

Excellent service.

I appreciated that the Lemus Pro came the day of my request, quickly assessed the damage, fixed it within a reasonable amount of time and the cost was fair. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the fixed leak has not been thoroughly tested. If it does not leak after a few more heavy rains I will certainly give Lemus a 5 star rating. I am most appreciative of the quick response to my request at a time when the rains are keeping roofers extremely busy.

Very fast response. Mike and Chris were prompt and courteous. Easy to deal and communicate my concerns.

They kept their appointment to make the estimate and completed the repair in a timely manner.

prompt reliable service

He was very professional, efficient and really knowledgable.

did a great job doing a small job - but still did it

Torch down 51'x22' patio roof with R&R of joining Spanish tile. My family is in the roofing biz back east and I have done 3 roofs myself-including this patio 25 years.ago. Lemus worked through the problems very responsibly and did an excellent job-I watched every step. Guys were very nice and professional.. This is a company you can trust. Thanks Mike

excellent work

Lemus Roofing fixed the problem! great work

They responded quickly (in less than three minutes!), were flexible on dates, worked quickly to remove two layers of old roof and install new one, had a reasonable payment schedule, were good at communicating progress, did not try to sell us a bunch of products/upgrades we weren't interested in. The estimator went up on roof the day he came out and measured everything in order to give us an informed estimate, which we appreciated. Only criticism was they could have been a little more careful with debris on the ground. We had a lot of asphalt stains on our concrete. Throw down some tarps!

Worked hard, and got diry job done in short amount of time

Mike Durbin of Lemus Roofing called us within 30 minutes of receiviing our request. He and his work assistant did an inspection an hour after contacting us. He was able to find and repair our roof leak on the spot at a reasonable price as well as inspect and fix the roof for other potential problems without an additional cost to us. We are pleased with the work and there was no leak during the rain the evening following the repair. We would recommend Lemus Roofiing to anyone needing repairs.

Timely, courteous, thoughtful service.

I was pleased with the outcome!

Great solution for our discoloured Dura-loc metal roof. The buyers of our house liked the solution to apply an acrylic coating that matches our gray roof.

6/08/13 | Was in touch immediately. Had truck issues for our appt, but then arrived, checked it out, gave estimate. Said we can do it now, next I know it is done. Even drew pictures. Very satisfied and pleased with his work and personality.

Quick response, good follow through, and gave a great price which he stuck to.

Price was unbelievable for the work I had done. They came, got the job done, and it was all done quickly and without any issues. Not your Nordstrom of roofing, but sometimes it is okay to shop at Target for the value.
