Len is a real pro...job was done right. The service was not cheap. We would want Len for any future work. Customer service was not so great...if fact they were a little nasty accusing me of not responding to a follow up call. Never received a call. The truth is customer service passed along a wrong number to the technition.

⭐️ Exceptional Craftsmanship & Problem-Solving – Highly Recommend! I had an outstanding experience with Len Feldman from Len The Plumber, Heating & Air and highly recommend his work. He came in to correct an issue left behind from a previous handyman, where removing an old shower trim created noticeable gaps when the new trim was installed. Not only did he fix the problem, but he did so with real creativity and attention to detail—the final result looks seamless and professionally done. He also installed a new shower diverter with trim in one bathroom and a Posi-Temp shower cartridge in another, and both were completed flawlessly. What really stood out was his communication—he took the time to explain everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the process. Professional, knowledgeable, and skilled—definitely someone I would call again for future plumbing needs.

The service performed today on my sink faucet was done quickly and efficiently my plumber. Arturo rivera did a great job.

Did a job great and was nice

Did not go well at all with Len the Plumber was over charged and feel scammed, Len the Plumber, Technician Len Feldman started approx. 12pm until 3pm most of time going over the cost, taking pictures and finding everything possible that needed to be done and presented 10-page contract. Len Feldman (Technican) assessed the problem that was a leaking outside faucet that he explained froze over the winter and needed to be replaced. While water was leaking he did not turn off the inside valve and requested to have water company (Trenton Water Works) come out and turn off water by the main water line. TWW came out several times but could not find the line and sent out a third construction worker to locate the water line. Meantime Len left his personal contact # and promised to return as soon as the main water line was shut off. When Water Works returned on 6/25 could not reach Len, but was able to locate the main water line Len finally called back and said it would be ok he would be able to turn the water off was currently in Mays Landing that is approx. 65 miles away and could not return 6/25 but would be at my home to complete the job 6/26 am. After 9am no call no Len, I called again several times when finally able to reach him at around 9:30am, said he spoke to Supervisor and could not do anything until the main water line was completely shut off. I called Len the Plumber office spoke to Office Manager Cathy#610-616-3377 she said would try to get someone out asap, by later in the afternoon no return call from Cathy. At this point and 2 days later for an emergency it was time to find another Plumber and I cancelled everything at Len the Plumber. The Plumber came out Friday 6/27 completed the entire job within 1 hour, turned off the inside valve connected to the outside leak immediately as well as water to install the same job Len the Plumber contracted to do that, Len said would take at least 6 hours. Main Water Line never had to be touched!!! I am appalled with Len the Plumber that I could trust thru Angi's List with a good reliable repetition. This company had no consideration about leaving me and my family including my 88-year-old handicapped mother without running water for days, all he was concerned about was how much commission he could make off someone in a vulnerable situation.

Was quoted $350 to simply reattach a garbage disposal to the bracket under the sink. Otherwise $687 for a new $100 disposal from Lowe's. Sadly I was not home and my mom (a senior citizen) agreed to the new disposal. By the time I got back from Wawa the new disposal was on. So basically $600 install for under an hour of work... including discussion on cost. Simole connect to PVC, and rubber pipe which was already installed. What a freaking rip off. Do not use this company

Used Len the Plumber in Cherry Hill for the first time. Called at 8 a.m. and they had someone out within a couple of hours. Pricing was up front, so no surprises. The tech - Sonny - was great! He answered all of my questions and had the toilet repaired in under an hour. I was concerned that the 30-year-old toilet would need to be replaced but, thankfully, Sonny determined that the toilet was in good working condition. I appreciated the honesty! I would have given 5 stars but pricing seemed high - almost $400 to replace a $20 part.

Len arrived promptly and explained everything as he conducted his diagnosis. Great customer service and very knowledgable!
