Did an excellent job at a fair price. Customer service was excellent.

Percy did a very nice job. I am small and I could not reach the main water shut off valve. He installed an additional valve with a lever that I could access. And he also installed a Moen Flo system which will monitor the water and shut off the water if it detects a leak. Percy was very prompt at answering our questions while we were debating what to do. And he made sure the Moen app worked on my phone. The water pipes look better - more orderly - after Percy replaced them. I would recommend Percy.

My technician Mark was very professional and worked diligently. Thank you for getting our water back on so quickly and making recommendations for upcoming plumbing maintenance. The staff answered the phone right away, although, they did not send me an appointment confirmation until I called again the next morning. No big deal though, they picked up the phone at 7:15AM and Mark was at my house a short time later. Although they are very expensive as compared to some reputable smaller businesses in the area.

Great service I would request him by name. Went out of his way to make sure I was happy.

Them pieces of shit charged an elderly couple $700 in labor to swap out a commode what only takes 30 mins to change in labor? if I ever see you Len I promise we will have a discussion or maybe more you piece of shit.. ripping off old people is a disgrace!!!! You will be punished!!!

The service technician, Aqiyl, was outstanding. He was punctual, courteous, friendly and very thorough. He listened to our concerns carefully and addressed them effectively. Aqiyl displayed both a strong and personable customer satisfaction attitude and provided an overall excellent service experience. He treated our home with great care and working with him and the company was very easy. Based on this experience, we highly recommend Len The Plumber and specifically Aqiyl as your go to technician.

I needed an outside frost proof faucet replaced and asked for an estimate over the phone which they refused to give, show up fee was $49 so I took a shot. Online estimates for the work were $150-$500, thought it would be on the lower end as it was replaced before so it already had an access panel. They quoted $950!!!! I paid the $49 and consider it a lesson learned.

Had a nasty clog that wouldn't budge no matter what I tried. Called Len The Plumber after my neighbor recommended them. Mike showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem - tree roots had gotten into my sewer line! He explained everything clearly and gave me a fair quote before starting work. The crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. My drains are working perfectly now. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues. They handle everything from simple clogs to major water line repairs, which is convenient.

They are pricey - but wow - great service and they came ready to knock out the issue. Problem - happy house 🤩

I am writing this review based on my personal experience with Len the Plumber in Arlington, VA. In February 2024, they installed a water heater at my home, and by December 2024, I noticed rusting at the bottom of the unit, which appeared to be caused by an external water leak. When I contacted the company, I was informed that the repair would be covered under warranty. When the technician arrived to assess the issue, he stated that his only authorization was to replace the leaking valve. I inquired about the rust on the bottom of the water heater, given that it was less than a year old, and was told that his manager had only approved addressing the valve issue. I then requested to speak with the manager. During my conversation with the manager, I was told that I had two options: either accept the valve repair or they would take no further action. When I raised concerns about the potential long-term durability of the water heater, the manager explained that the leak had resulted from an issue with my building’s plumbing, which I do not believe to be the case. I disagreed with this assessment, and when I continued to ask questions, the manager became dismissive, stating that I was taking too much of his time. The conversation lasted less than five minutes. Based on this experience, I found the level of customer service and communication to be unsatisfactory. While my interaction may not be indicative of all experiences with the company, I feel it is important to share my perspective for others to consider. There are many other plumbing services in the area, and I would advise potential customers to carefully evaluate their options.

My experience with Len The Plumber has been extremely disappointing and I will never use their services again! In November 2023, Len the Plumber replaced a natural gas water heater of which (according to Len The Plumber) required a county permit, inspection, and approval. Len The Plumber secured the permit and scheduled the inspection; however, the installation of the water heater did not pass the county’s inspection. When I contacted Len the Plumber (Lauren) to get a status report, I was told that someone would get back to me. As of today, no one from has gotten back to me and when I call the office no one answers the phone. I wish there was a way that I could give them no stars.

This is a horrible plumber. First the plumber they sent overcharged me by almost $300 dollars, for a total cost of almost $800 dollars for drain cleaning. After this, the drain was still not functioning correctly, and grew progressively worse as weeks went by. When I reached out to the facility to have them finish the job they did not complete the first time, they asked me to pay full price for the service again. Find somewhere else to go, this place is awful.

Problem:Flame in the water heater went out and water heater was not working. We called Len the plumber and got the appointment. We were told that initial fee is 49 bucks for the technician to come and have a look. Technician came and within a minute did a reset and it started working. Issue: Asked to pay 317 bucks for 30 seconds of work which was extreme. We did complain that it's too much and he didn't even tell us the quote. And there was no external part change or he didn't even open any part. At the end, he called the company and the company folks told to not charge. Out of good will we gave 50 bucks to the technician.

They charged a flat fee of $ 402 minus the 60 dollars internet discount as a flat fee. It was discovered during the process of " snaking" the outflow pipe from the sink that the peat trap was partially occluded with calcium deposits. They stated it would cost another $ 200 to replace the pea trap. The cost is only about $ 10 for the party at the maximum with no additional labour or time involved. I declined to have it replaced and later talked with the manager. I was told that they would not send another plumber to repack a $ 10 part and would refund $ 60 .( Which he explained he did not have to). The service is outrageously expensive and follow through worse.

The work went very well. I don't remember the plumber's name except that he was a "master plumber". He was professional in all respects. As he checked out the piping under the sink, he took pictures of the situation. He was able to show us and explain to us what had been going on and what was likely to happen if the situation was not corrected. He showed us the deterioration in the pieces that needed to be replaced, showed great patience again in explaining to us what had happened, He was friendly and professional in the work and the clean up that was needed. He also noticed a small problem with the toilet in the bathroom he was working in and gave us a heads up on what would need to be replaced in the near future. We will definitely use the services of this plumbing company again.

They said the drainpipes were cleared and charged me $748. They wanted a check immediately, but I did not want to pay them until I knew they had solved the problem. The next morning their own company put a camera down the drain ( as a free service) to show me that they had performed the work and the clogged drains had been cleared. The camera showed that the drain was clogged and the pipes were full of backlogged water. The camera guy said I must have a broken drainpipe. The snake guy came back out and said there was either a broken pipe or the sewer tank was full and could take no more sewage. The snake man again demanded payment because he said he had eliminated the clog and therefore done his job. The camera guy said it must be a broken drainpipe, maybe caused by freezing. So there I am, with a non-functioning sewer system and the company Rep said they had done their job, that is they had unclogged the drain even though it was not draining. Agaist my better judgment I broke down and paid them the $748. I then called another company and explained my dilemma. They agreed to come right out and try to solve the problem. They arrived that same day and determined that the drainpipe was clogged and they unclogged it. I now had a functioning sewer system again. The Len the Plumber had worked on it, I believe on 20 and 21 November 2019 and the second company came out and fixed it on the afternoon of 21 November. I emailed the Len company on Saturday 23 November and asked for my $748 back. On Monday 25 November I called the Len company and a few hours later a lady called back, perhaps named Erin, and seemed not to understand the problem. She referred to the drain pipe"going to the street" ( we have no pipe going to the street, it goes to the drainfield). She also said that maybe the drainpipe at the toilet was broke, even though she had declared earlier that the snake guy had snaked the pipe for 50 feet BEYOND the toilet. At that point because of her seeming lack of plumber knowledge I asked her if she was a plumber. She seemed to take umbrage at this. She wanted me to send her a copy of the invoice of the second company and I suggested she call them instead. She did not want to do that and I reminded her that they had demanded instant payment, before I knew that their efforts were unsatisfactory, so I was demanding an immediate refund in the same spirit. At this point she hung up on me.

The technician postponed the appointed visit (3-hour slot) from one day to the next day. The next day postponed again the appointed time slot to later in the day. Upon calling the company looking for him later in the day somebody came, saw the task, charged between $160-$260 to rebuild the "architecture" of the tank. We declined, but had to pay him $49 for the visit. The next day we call another agents through our insurance, who came right away, changed the flusher within 10 minutes. Charge: $91 (flusher included).

He had one on the truck and it was suitable.
