Had a leak but could not find it. Called Lens Plumbing. They sent out the first plumber and he said it was the sewer line. sent out the second plumber and he said it wasn't the sewer line but would NOT go into the crawl space even though we said that was where the leak was coming from. he said he doesn't go into crawl spaces. A THIRD plumber came out and he said the water was coming in from the outside even though we haven't had rain for three weeks! After having paid over $350.00 for them to tell us they could not find a leak (even though the family room rug was soaked) we contacted a leak detection service out of Doylestown. They came out, went INTO the crawl space, and within 15 minutes found the leak! NEVER,EVER USE LENS PLUMBING AGAIN.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I called on 12/26/22 for a clogged or frozen sewer line. I started my call by specifically asking if they worked on Mobile homes and was told yes. A repair tech was scheduled. Then they called to say they needed to schedule a different technician. Then they called and canceled, and rescheduled for the next day. Overnight, the bathroom flooded creating a huge mess in the bathroom, hallway, and laundry room. The technical who arrived was short-tempered and curt. After trying in one bathroom and making a horrible mess, he moved to the other bathroom and made another big mess but was unable to clear the problem. He also left a large puddle of sewer waste on my bedroom carpet which I had to clean. I was told the problem was out by the street. I called the park office and their maintenance man came. He asked the tech if he would check the drain and was told no. He pulled the pipe out and it was caked with ice. The tech from Lens had taken a vent off the side of the trailer skirt and did not intend to replace it until the other man questioned him about it. While I was not charged for the visit, the mess left behind was disgusting. There was sewer spatter on the walls, floor, and cabinets. There was sewer water all around the toilet of the second bathroom where there had not been any water at all. The molding is soaked. It was very obvious that the tech had no experience with mobile homes. All in all, a very upsetting experience. I ended up getting under the trailer and melting the ice myself and I still had to clean up the mess.

RUN!!!! My toilet was leaking clean water and my tub was clogged. I called Len the plumber, they came out said it was the main drain issue and that they would clear it out for $872. I signed and paid upfront (BIG MISTAKE BUT IT WAS LEN THE PLUMBER!!) because I had to go back to work. I left my friend there with the plumber. I signed and paid upfront. The service apparently came with a camera inspection of the pipe so the camera guy came after the plumber said he found roots in my main line (LIES!!). My friend said the camera did not show any roots but they left an invoice for $6000 to dig up my main line and replace the pipe. The plumber said the shower and toilet were working when he left, my friend did not check. I came home to a huge mess in my freshly painted bathroom, even my shower curtain had splashes of brown on it. It looked like a child had art class in there. I cleaned it up and went to pour some of the mop water in my shower and discovered that my shower was still clogged. Then I noticed that my toilet was still leaking clean water! They took my $872 and did not fix anything! Imagine my surprise when I looked up the issues I was having and NOWHERE did it say it had anything to do with my main drain!! Over 24 hours later and they still have not called me back to resolve this issue!!

We needed a sewer line replaced (a very big job) and George and his crew were unbelievably wonderful!!! They were so kind and professional. The work they did was excellent. They took a very scary thing we had to face and guided us through it. We would recommend them to anyone! Great group of people.

Did the job hired to do

I hired them to replace my main sewer line and was told they take care of any issues that arise when they open up the ground. When they got to the sewer line they found 2 pipes coming from my house, 1 was the main sewer and the other was a rain water drain. They removed the rain water drain without informing me they were doing so. The result was the flooding of my basement the with the next rain ruining my wall-to-wall carpets. I contacted them, and they refused to come back out without me paying them additional money to repair the pipe. I was I told they would take care of any issue that would come up once they dug up the ground without any additional cost, not to mention they are the ones that removed the pipe without my knowledge. I would highly recommend that anyone should use any other plumber but Len the plumber.

Joe Mungavin was very personable and honest. He got right to work and solved my drain issue with my disposal and dish washer. I would highly recommend Joe to do your plumbing work. Also Joe would receive a 6 star rating if one was available.

After finding out what the problem was the plumber came the next day on time and fixed it.

This company was great. Pierre came and fixed all our problems, cleaned up and promptly arrived on time. I would definitely use Len the Plumber again without hesitation.

They do not keep their promises. They had to excavate my front lawn. There was a huge mound that they said would level itself within a few months. They told me to call them back if it did not and they would fix it. I got in touch with the company several times. Promises, but they still have not finished the job.

Very knowledgeable. Fixed the problem quickly, correctly, and professionally. Paid more than I probably should have because I was in a bind. Regardless, the job was done right and I can sleep well because of that.

The plumber Jay Hills informed me up front what he needed to do and how much it would cost. Jay did a nice job in a timely manner. Excellent work.

I hoped I had not hired them as they failed to clean the drain which was the primary reason why I contracted them. After paying them $273.00 as requested they only changed part of the drain underneath the kitchen sink and requested further payment to clear the clogged drain.I would not recommend them to anyone.

This is the worst company. They should not have a plumbing license. They not only did bad work they actually did damage to my house.

The Plummer was Jay Hills. I found Jay to be a very knowledgeable, non-stop worker with a friendly personality. He explained the options I had, the pros and cons of each, with the associated costs. Projected completed to total satisfaction. If I need a Plummer again I will call Len the Plummer and ask for Jay.

Very professional and prompt

I found a small bit of water near my hot water heater on Sunday night. Got on Home Advisor and Len The Plumber contacted me immediately. The technician Jason's picture was sent to me for identification. He arrived on time and explained everything he needed to do. I used the same plumber to replace an old toilet a few years ago and had a great experience. I will admit that they are a bit pricey but I know what kind of service I'm going to get from them. They are my Go To plumber. I would recommend them to everyone.
