I made arrangements by phone for Chris to contact our tenant, who had let us know that he heard scratching sounds in the walls! Chris got in touch with our tenant in a timely manner. He let me know what he found and how he planned to deal with it. The tenant is very relieved to have the problem gone and was pleased with how Chris handled it.

Lenard's arrived quickly and inspected the attic. He found rodent's the point of entry and sealed it. He set traps and said he would return in 10 days to check the traps. We don't hear anything in the attic anymore!!
