The contractor who came out to visit was pleasant. The day that they were scheduled to come it was raining, so they reached out to me to communicate with me about the situation. The work is good, no issues. They were very professional from the beginning to the end.

Had our bathroom floor and shower retiled. Grout cracking and discolored within 48 hours of installation. Hadn't even been able to start using the bathroom yet because we waited a week for them to come repair poorly installed trim work. Leo takes days to respond to calls or text even with follow up. They sent guys out several times to try different fixes and have finally come to the determination that the floor tile needs to be removed and redone BUT will require us to supply more tile. I am not buying tile that I've already supplied and was not installed properly. Owner claimed he would come personally inspect the issues when we called and made him aware of it only to send another repairman out to attempt more fixes on the morning he was supposed to show up. The co-owner son in law came out an installed a different tile we agreed on.

"Mrs Morgan I am sorry that you are unhappy with our company to the point you give a 2 star on our review.I understand that your project didn?t go exactly as planned but I would hope that you would at least mention that although your job was complete and paid for that when you called about the discoloration of your grout and your other concerns we responded immediately and after several try?s at trying to make it right we removed the entire floor and re did your whole bathroom tile over again at zero cost to you .again I apologize that it was not to your satisfaction at first but we did what most companies would not do and that is make it righ"

Thank you Leo, Bud, Angel and team. Am LOVING my new master bedroom/bathroom upstairs in my renovated attic. You guys did such a great job at nailing the look and feel I was going for...Open and lofty. Could not be happier. They added a dormer, jacuzzi tub and bathroom with the bedroom (400 square feet total) to my old German town bungalow. I gave them "like" pictures of what I wanted, and that's exactly what they created. The price was fair and the quality of work is great. But the best part was that when we ran into challenges or miscommunication issues (which will always happen with a job like this), these guys were so easy to work with to resolve any issues. That, and I liked them and trusted them in my home which is most important. Highly recommend Lend-A-Hand.

Bud and Leo are a great team and we would use them again for work at our home. The above categories didn't allow us to select everything they did for us; Painting an exterior wall; fixing concrete on my back steps and installing a new storm door; installing new vanities, faucets in three bathrooms, painting and floor in two of the BR's and installing all new bi-fold closet doors. their team is very professional and quick. My upstairs neighbor had a water issue and it made it's way down to my ceiling. I got ahold of Lend A Hand and they showed up the next day to take a look at the problem. The guys showed up in a few days, were in and out in a couple days and did a great job.

Excellent work, for a great price. They be helped get our house ready to sell. Installed a new tub, replaced kitchen and bath flooring, made wall repairs, and did a great job on our front entrance. Would definitely hire again. Great guys to work with.

The actual job cost more than the estimate, but this is an old home with lots of surprises. I feel like the first person out should have seen what we needed, but the men that did the work came by to drop off supplies and take a look thecday before getting started, and they told me what else was needed . . . And went the extra mile to save money where they could, produced receipts and explained the few options I had for completing the job (one way was at the original budget). All that said, they did a beautiful job, worked super long days to get it done when they said it would be done and cleaned up well at the end of each day. I would hire them again! Thank you!

Company did my floor in kitchen and bathroom. A hole appeared in my flooring just 5 months later in the same spot their installer sanded down a floor joist. Company sent another installer out to fix that spot as promised by company. Installer stated whole floor was installed wrong and needed to be removed and replaced. Company stated they would come out to see if floor needed to be replaced and told the installer to only fix hole. Installer caused 2 holes in my wall removing old flooring. I have sent a demand letter in preparation of filing a civil suit, demanding my floor installed properly and holes fixed. The company responded to my demand letter stating I owed 500$. Needless to say this is the first Iv ever heard of owing money. Considering my contract was paid in full.

Doors - Repair
At almost $100 an hour, the handyman said he could fix my closet doors. After an hour and a half, his repair did not work. I then paid him to go get new doors from Lowes and install them. He installed the door pulls in the wrong location. The doors had to be adjusted so they would close properly. I called the office and told them about my dissatisfaction. I was told on several occasions that someone would call me back. I spent over $550 to get closet doors hung, the holes that were drilled in the wrong place patched, AND I still have to paint them.

I do not know where all these good ratings came from, but I had work done in October until December 2019. They did not level the floor to the addition (den) expansion, the siding was not installed right, floors in the dining area is chipped along with the den. Scratched the floor in the kitchen while installing the stove. I have nails around the roof coming out on my den. They did not cut the angles right on the addition and around my garage and windows. The new wall behind my stove is cracked. I called them the beginning of January and they did come out and fix caulking and a few smaller things. I have been calling them ever since with some response and now no response from Jeff one of the owners. Bud is the other owner who promised a dream, but it is not anything but a nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT QUALITY WORK DONE!!! Big Fat F for this company. I have $3000 worth of repairs needed after this and they wil not contact me to fix these problems.
