Don't ever trust this company to put you first. My mom had a contracted job that should have been completed well over a year ago and yet was left unfinished and done half-**ed. Among several promised and already PAYED-for items per contract were the installation of leaf guards/gutter guards that were never installed and 5 missing/broken corner-edge trim pieces. She has reached out countless times to have these few things corrected and finished but to NO action on the company's end whatsoever. Provided are pictures of the "finished" job that they have ignored for over a year now. Just a Heads-up to anyone ever considering this place for contracting. NEVER pay a contractor in FULL before a job is finished or until you are satisfied. Unfortunately for Jesse, there are countless saved texts back and forth about unfulfilled promises and a signed contract of what was promised. A judge would absolutely have a field day with him and his business. And That is coming next if he continues to ignore everyone. All he has to do is take 1 day to finish what he started almost 2 years ago and can't even honor that. THE PICTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES

With the weather they did good supposed to be done in one day by December 3rd they started December 4th and then didn't finish till the 10th. My 1st quote was great well I called ruffly 30 days later to get them to do it. The guy said it may go up or even down in price. He said it shouldn't go up that high well after the person came up it ended up being 600 more. There was something I asked extra to do but they didn't do it. I asked for a little discount since it took longer than a day and asked of I got charged for the extra thing i wanted done. It wasn't on the bill but the 1st guy said he talked to someone and then came in with the bill. I asked if I could get a call from the main person to go threw the pricing of everything to see if it matched up no one has called. Also was to do a ridge vent in the old part of roof they told me they didn't need to because I had 2 vents ok then subtract the labor off my bill. Other than that it's on it does look good the workers was nice. Just the price I don't like

The owner is friendly, listens, and is fast to respond to my calls, to order materials needed, and to begin and finish work. The roof is nice and seems fine. However, they used an air gun to install my roof. This is a controversial method, as some say the nails should be hand-nailed to ensure proper placement every time. Air guns are fast, but may not ensure the proper placement of nails to be flush with the shingle, which could lessen its life and cause them to not remain in place which can obviously lessen the life of your roof. This was my observation and researched information. There were 2 damages to my property; one to my newly stained outdoor wooden railing from one crew throwing the old metal vent strip down off the roof onto it (as another crew member was standing right below who could have been handed it gently) which gouged it and created a big nick. The second damage is from the shingle delivery where the big truck put a hole in my grass near my side walk about 1 and 1/2 foot across and 6 inches deep exposing the edge of sidewalk, creating a tripping hazard as well. I pointed them out to my contractors, asking to fix them. They agreed to the next day, and never showed. It has been 1 week. Also, although they cleaned up the site, it was minimal. I ended up spending a couple of hours picking up many pieces of plastic, telflon tape, plastic coffee lid, food wrappers, baggies, nails, staples, pieces of shingle, other materials, food, wads of gum, and several cigarette butts all around my house from just 1 day of work. Some were even thrown into my shrubs which I had trimmed the next day and found. I also saw the old TV satellite was thrown down off the roof onto my yard instead of handed down, creating 3 more gouges and holes into my yard. I detail and landscape and pay for lawn service every year, and it truly is disheartening to have these damages done and then overlooked by professionals. I wanted to hire them again for MANY more projects for the house, but after these things, I probably will not. They were paid in full before fixing the damages. I was always told contractors MUST not damage anything, and if they do, they are to restore and fix to original condition. That is why they have license and insurance too - to ensure customers they are safe from the harms that can happen if they even do. Contractors are to leave your property in the state in which it was found (besides the obvious improvement your paid them for to begin with). They were friendly and fast, but I have been asked for an honest review. I would be lying if I did not put all of this into my review. This is a great opportunity for the business to learn from and make improvements. Thank you.

Simple job for them. I needed a roof put over my deck. I installed the ledger board, the hangers, the posts and beams. and already had the rafters notched. All they had to do was attach the rafters and the 2x4s and put the metal roofing on. They botched the flashing and the metal sheets were out of plum. I saw lots of screws on the ground ands they told me they would use a magnet to pick up nails and screws. They didnt and my wife got a flat tire which cost me $20 to have repaired. They charged me $1k for labor. It took them less than 4 hours since I had most of the work done. Very very disappointed! Would not recommend them to anybody. The flashing job was terrible. now I have to fix it. told them I needed 16 foot metal roofing sheets and they brought 18 foot sheets.

They did a good job! I wanted to create a custom deck and they helped design it. He was very helpful in finding the right materials for the job. He shopped around for special materials for me, and also found the best prices too. I'm going to use him again!
