Lennie , Kept me informed of every step. Dishwasher needed a new board. What I liked he was very punctual and neat.

Lenny responded quickly and came the same day (Saturday). Fixed fridge with a used relay he had in the truck. Said he would replace it with a new one in a couple of days. He returned on Tuesday and checked the fridge out. Everything was working ok so he said I can keep the old relay in. If anything goes wrong he will come back. Except for the relay business I was satisfied with the service.

Lenny responded super quickly and came out the next day to fix my washer. He was super clear, explained all of my options (part choices, labor costs), and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Would definitely hire him and his team again.

What a joke this guy is. He lies all the time. He came and said that he could repair my refrigerator and if it didn't work, he would give me back the money i spent on the repair on a new one. He got me a new refrigerator then said that he could only give me back a fraction of what i paid for the repair. he then told me he would hook up the icemaker. he gave me excuses as to why he could not do it. he said he would have to charge me more to hook it up. Promised on several occasions to come and do but has yet to show up. He also told me that he took charge cards. then when i went to pay him, he said i had to pay the charge card fee and charged me $170.00 for the fee. He told me he could replace my microwave above my stove so i told him to do it. When he went to replace it, he said it couldn't be done because the old one was hotwired. I asked for a copy of my invoice, and he has yet to give it to me. he claims Angi will send it.

Punctuality and people skills are good. The dishwasher repair, to the tune of $364.64 did no good. Messaged him for a return call, told me he would let me know his availability. That was last Friday morning. Stayed home all day as requested. There has been no further communication. Bought and installed a new dishwasher myself. No way to conduct a business.

I would definitely be hiring Lenny again both he and Kenny did an excellent job no rushing no bs and the job was done fast and correctly also they actually took the time to explain what was being done and showed me exactly what they were doing which was something I appreciated five starts to those guys

After I submitted the Angi request for repair for my Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer, he called to thoroughly understand the problem. When he arrived, he had the parts on-hand, took the refrigerator apart to confirm the issues, and gave a price estimate. Working efficiently, he made the repairs and was completely done in 2 hours. I would definitely contact him again for future work.

We're so satisfied with Lenny and his work. He was very prompt arriving to our home and told us what was wrong with our refrigerator and the part he needed to order. Very professional and well spoken individuals their work speak for itself. Glad I was able to see them work along the process of taking the job apart then buying new parts and have my dryer which was not working at all. Is now running like brand new I thank them for my services their trustworthy .

I have been handy all my life and I have trouble bringing in contractors to do "my" work. The fridge was beyond my skill level so I contacted Lenny. Holy cow was I ever impressed! Communications were beyond excellent. He talked to me before he came out, explained what he was doing while he was here, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and communicated after he left while awaiting parts delivery. The parts showed up at his place and he was here within the hour and my fridge was fixed! Pros: communication, quality of work, price. Cons...... I can't think of even one! I will DEFINITELY have him back if I ever need his services and I recommend him as highly as possible. Thank you Lenny!!!

Lenny immediately responded to my request for dishwasher repair and was able to show up right away. He went through a full diagnostic and was able to identify the issue. He made several calls to find the part locally, but then took care of delivery. I paid for the flat labor/diagnostic fee as well as the part which he gave me options for. He was great to work with and kept us regularly updated on the delivery of the part that was needed. He even said he would come back to install the part if my husband wasn't handy. Very happy customer!

As soon as I put up my question on this list, he contacted me almost right away. He gave me an estimate of the time that he would be here but he actually came sooner which I do appreciate that. Very professional kind knowledgeable, with what I experienced ,I would recommend. Prices are reasonable, affordable. And I say that because the time it probably would have taken me to look for the actual part l, ordering, WAITING and so forth, HOPING it's the Correct part, when they already had the part, in My Opinion,it was reasonable. They were here maybe a total of not even a half hour. I'm excited to have My freezer working again!

Lenny did an excellent professional quality repair job on my gas dryer.
