I have been handy all my life and I have trouble bringing in contractors to do "my" work. The fridge was beyond my skill level so I contacted Lenny. Holy cow was I ever impressed! Communications were beyond excellent. He talked to me before he came out, explained what he was doing while he was here, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and communicated after he left while awaiting parts delivery. The parts showed up at his place and he was here within the hour and my fridge was fixed! Pros: communication, quality of work, price. Cons...... I can't think of even one! I will DEFINITELY have him back if I ever need his services and I recommend him as highly as possible. Thank you Lenny!!!

Lenny immediately responded to my request for dishwasher repair and was able to show up right away. He went through a full diagnostic and was able to identify the issue. He made several calls to find the part locally, but then took care of delivery. I paid for the flat labor/diagnostic fee as well as the part which he gave me options for. He was great to work with and kept us regularly updated on the delivery of the part that was needed. He even said he would come back to install the part if my husband wasn't handy. Very happy customer!

As soon as I put up my question on this list, he contacted me almost right away. He gave me an estimate of the time that he would be here but he actually came sooner which I do appreciate that. Very professional kind knowledgeable, with what I experienced ,I would recommend. Prices are reasonable, affordable. And I say that because the time it probably would have taken me to look for the actual part l, ordering, WAITING and so forth, HOPING it's the Correct part, when they already had the part, in My Opinion,it was reasonable. They were here maybe a total of not even a half hour. I'm excited to have My freezer working again!

When Lenny first came over to look at my faulty oven, he thoroughly explained the diagnosis and the remedy. Parts had to be ordered and we were hampered somewhat by the Memorial holiday, but Lenny put a rush on it. Nonetheless, the supplier was late in getting the part, but once it came in, Lenny juggled his schedule and did a yeoman's job repairing the oven, as well as applying another needed fix to the fridge. I can't say enough about Lenny's professionalism, expertise and courtesy. And his fair pricing puts him head and shoulders above of his competitors. Previously hired this pro and thought everything was great and rated him a 5. The part he replaced and charged almost $400 for, he stated a warranty was included. A few weeks passed and the refrigerator starts doing the same thing. Lenny stops responding. Very disappointed and out of my money.

Diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed. After receipt of the motherboard he was back and installed it and tested the unit. Quick and efficient.

Lenny did a great job helping me replace my broken dishwasher.
