Potential Customers Beware! Be careful of this company, they lie and say that they are local, they are NOT local, they are from Los Angeles and I'm in Frankfort Ave. In addition, the estimate is NOT free, another mis-representation. He charged me $150.00 to tell me how much the springs were going to cost and then up-charged me another 70 for cables when is was clear before he started the work that the cables needed replacing. And last, to pour more salt on the wound, he wanted to charge another 4% for using a credit card which he never mentioned at the beginning. I was going to use this company to replace springs on another property that I have in Lindsay Ave but not anymore. Stay Clear and make sure that the company that you hire is actually local in your city or area.

I was told Tech would be here at @ 2:00 p.m., he arrived at 1:53 p.m. Tom (the tech) diagnosed what my issue was and determined I needed a sensor. He had one on the truck, changed sensor out and door is working fine. Very efficient, respectful, knowledgeable and inexpensive. I have already gave a recommendation to a friend who is looking to replace garage door.

Initially, there was a misunderstanding with this company. After I contacted Homeadvisor, the company contacted me and quickly resolved the matter. I was happy with the resolution. I have no further complaints. They were respectful and professional and I appreciated the resolution.

They forgot to mark their calendar when I changed the service date. When I called, they apologized and said they would come later that day and they did. They then installed the garage doors the next day real late - where done after 10pm. when I was told they would come early afternoon possibly morning. Both days they came, they were several hours later than they said and I normally would've been upset because it interfered with our plans on those days but decided to stay calm as we wanted the job done soon. Ben was very polite and responded through text as to the appointment time and when he was on his way. He said he connects through texting. He cleaned up and offered to come back if we needed help with programing the controls. He did offer to borrow a flat head and then put it in his truck (which we asked for back before paying). He had a little difficulty with some English words (he is from Israel) but we were able to understood what he meant. The total charge was higher than quoted as the tax wasn't added yet when we were told the final price. We live in Indiana and they are out of Kentucky so the tax rate is figured through Kentucky tax. So far happy with the job done.

Ben called and set up appt. With in 2 hours of request came out same day for estimate. He was very courteous and straightforward. negotiated the price and install the garage door he same day. Door is working perfectly. They were very professional. I was very happy to get it done the same day.

I found them to be extremely professional, friendly and dependable. They were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the jobs. and accountable for his work. I would highly recommend him and I you will be pleased with his work.

Installer is fantastic he is fast and not afraid to answer questions honestly recommend him and the company to all will not be sorry
