Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
The Service technician was knowledgeable and eased decision making. He was easy to work with and his work quality was good. Except to pricing for the services where too high, which is not technician's fault.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
Good service, but 230 bucks for fixing a toilet flush is way too much!
Response from Len the Plumber
"We apologize that the service you received was unsatisfactory. Unlike most companies, we charge by the job and not by the hour, which often benefits our customers. Thank you for your feedback."

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
The good: contacted me within 10 min of request (via Home Advisor); friendly and articulate office staff; fast service; convenient appointment; and satisfactory work. The bad: they could have quoted me an estimate over the phone first (technician gave me standard [fixed] cost for the repair at my house from his mobile device - office staff [over the phone] could have done the same thing). Labor cost was very high (about $300 per hour) ... but had I refused, I would have had to pay for a service call ... so I went ahead, just to get the job done. Next time I will probably choose a plumber/firm who charges by the hour.
Response from Len the Plumber
"Thank you for your honest feedback, Peter! We have shared your comments with our management team and someone will be in contact."

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
He came out to access an issue with my toilet. I was charged $50 to look at toilet and he never touched it. He stated it will be $304 to change O ring and left. He never physically went in the bathroom , he looked from hallway. I asked him what if it is not the O ring, and he stated it will cost more and he would have to go into the wall. Basically he left the house still uncertain as to what the issue is
Response from Len the Plumber
"Thank you for the honest feedback, Lawrence. We will make sure to share this with our service department."

Patrick, the Len the Plumber guy, was very helpful in our decision-making. He gave us options on how we can fix the problem and save money at the same time. He has great personality, easy to work with and very efficient. Work quality was great! We highly recommend Len the Plumber!

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
My only concern with their whole process is that they do not provide free estimates. I feel that why they may not be able to fully gauge the requirements of the job and therefore accurately estimate, they are able to at the least share their hourly rate.
