After 2 days of waiting and rescheduling, they never showed up . They came 3weeks ago and fixed my toilet , but it needed a repair again, just after 3 weeks! So I lost money on the deal. Iâ ve had them before and was very pleased but NEVER AGAIN

I have used Len the Plumber for over 15 years and have always received excellent service. My latest issue was a clogged drain. The technician, Kavonn Holt, was very good at what he does. He explained the job to me and answered any andall questions I asked of him. He made the job very painless and I would recommend not only Len the Plumber, but also Kavonn for any future plumbing issues.

My most recent experience with Len the Plumber, was on March 3, 2022. I needed a vanity and sink installed and 2 toilets repaired. I was so fortunate that Jeff Hemp and his son, Brandon were sent to take care of the job. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, accommodated all my needs and made sure I was happy with their work. They are truly two genuinely good men. I admired how well they work so well together. Awesome team...those two. I will definitely request them in the future5 whenever I need service.

We have used Len The Plumber, Baltimore location, two times so far. Both of the times were due to emergencies. Len The Plumber was fast, professional, and got the work done quickly. They are the only plumbing company we will use for our needs. Thank you so much to you and your staff.

We had a clogged toilet. They were able to come on the same day we called, which was great. However, my husband and I were not prepared to become personal apprentices for the technician. The guy had my husband running around the house shutting off and on all of our sinks. He then asked my husband to find the city water access hole. We did not realize it was a requirement for us to know where this hole was in our house. The technician suggested the hole was in a finished room in our basement and said he needed to pull up the carpet to find and access it. Or, he could charge us $300 to use a snake to find it. Well, my husband was unaware that those were not his only two options. So, he was forced to chose one. He chose to do the snake for $300. Not long after, the tech miraculously found the hole he was looking for! In plain sight in our utility room. But too late, he will already charge us $300 for using the snake. He fixed the clog. By this time my husband had to take a work call and asked if I could now act as the apprentice for this guy. Guess what he first made me do? Run around my house and turn off all the faucets that my husband had to turn on when the tech shut off the water. I went up 3 floors doing what this guy asked. By the time I got back down, he agitatedly said **are you done?** Next, he had me go into the bathroom and re-attach the sink stopper and fill it up with water (I still do not understand why I had to do that as he stood 10 feet away in the utility room). When the water released, he said the back-water valve to the city access was broken. We only had two options again. He could take it off completely and risk city sewage back up in our home or leave it on and risk another clog. When I started asking for more clarifying details to this decision such as pros and cons and trying to understand why there were not any other options he huffed and said **How about you just go get your husband!**. Wide-eyed at the audacity of this guy and a bit in shock, I said I guess then to just take it off. So then, he then only put the top cap on and left (there were two caps to the hole! My husband found the other one outside after the guy left and had to reach down the hole and screw it back in!). So, $800 later we had the nasty clog pushed through. But still needed to hire someone else to fix the back-water flap. It was a bizarre customer experience. As a very capable and educated woman, I could not believe men are still making the comments he made to me. He raked us over for money because we are not plumbers and did not know enough about our home plumbing and he clearly has a problem with women. If you hire them, I hope your technician experience is better than ours was.

CustomerService@lentheplumber.com; Richard T. I am very disappointed with the way you charge for the amount of time spent on the job and the cost of materials Mr. Cline arrived at my house at 8:30 am and talked to me about what had to be done to my kitchen ceiling to find the leak and that it would cost $274.00 to do so, with him getting his drop cloth down and sawing out the 16 x 12 hole took a total of 1hr than he discussed the cost of the job with labor and materials which was $2,084 he than said he had to go to Timonium MD to get the Wingtite replacement drain that I requested the day before why did not he have one with him instead of going from my house at 9:30 am and returned at 12:00 noon. The total amount of my bill was a JOB QUOTE not an itemized bill . As you can see all he did was cut out the trap and reinstalled a new PCP trap and a couple of connectors and put the new Wingtite replacement drain. There was no way that should total $2084. The part was around $45. the ceiling probe was $274. How do you figure this job was worth $2084. The total work time he was here was around three hours?????????. So what is that around $500. per hour??????? Very upset will never do business with you again and I will put in a bad review to HomeAdvisor for recommending you. I still have to spend $500 to repair ceiling. Very unhappy.

They came on an emergency plumbing basis on a Sunday. They investigated, and determined that the clog was in the city part. They did not charge at all. The Technician was courteous and friendly.

Horrible. It was a $1400.00 repair that left a hole in my downstairs ceiling. The experience to get it repaired was atrocious. The owner was horrible and verbally abusive and sent some of his *men* to do the repair, which was inadequate. Whole thing an ungodly mess. Would leave the house float away before I EVER call them again!

He found the clog problem in the bathtub quickly and fixed it. Also found a leak in the shower drain, that would have cost me down the road and fixed it.

The job was completed in one hour that was priced to take four hrs to do to put a float on toilet and to change a water outlet for hose outside very expensive job for so little work the pro cleaned up behind himself nice but left the hot water off so I had to turn it back on and my receipt was to be sent in a email I m still waiting to receive.

The first call was supposed to be on Sunday between 10-2. We got one call and no service. I raised Cane and got both a promise and a tech on Monday. He found and fixed the problem quickly. But as Len doesnt do drywall, we then had to learn how to do that.
