Leo, the owner, went above and beyond in every aspect of his work. Part of our house is over 100 years old and Leo took the time to really give this old house the TLC it deserves. I got other bids that were less, but to get the quality we got from Leo I fear we would have been buried in change orders. He not only stuck to his price, but kept mentioning His 5 year guarantee for anything that might need improvement.

Leo is a conscientious businessman and a meticulous craftsman. He painted the outside of my two story house and replaced old awnings and the old screens on my porch. It was a complex job and he was unfazed by the many challenges. He communicated at all phases of the job and kept me apprised of both progress and problems. He delivered as promised and then went the extra mile. He is both knowledgeable and artistic, and is a pleasure to deal with. Plus, he is a great guy.
