Got a free estimate the day after I called. 4 days later they painted the exterior of my townhouse and completed it basically in a day. Also added some molding. Excellent job done, very professional and reasonable. Will definitely use them again!

We hired Leo Painting to paint the entire interior of our new 2,800+ sf home (kitchen, den, office, dining room, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a bonus, plus all closets. Once we received keys, we turned them over for the crew to get started. Everything seemed to go as planned initially, but then issues started to arise. The job took 1 day longer than expected and this was not properly communicated to us. We arrived at the house ready to move in and a few members of the crew were still attempting to paint trim. They did not properly cover my floors (hardwood and carpet). It is 4 months later and I am still trying to get paint off of stuff. There are drips present everywhere. They did not remove all outlet and switch covers, so when I attempted to change them after the fact I had to pry them off or get larger covers because I could see the old color. They painted over bathroom lights. There are baseboards that I can see the old color and brushstrokes; meaning additional coats are needed. There is window trim completely ignored (i.e. painted 3 parts of frame but not the top where curtains would eventually cover). The doors were barely painted with the old color coming through on places, or just not painted thoroughly. Paint was tracked on our brick exterior entryway. Windows in our master bedroom were painted SHUT, and it was not even in the scope to paint the windows, but just the trim. In one closet they failed to paint the trim and completely wrecked the shelving system; we have to install a new one now. When I shared all of this information with Charles he didn't seem to sound too alarmed (about paint on floors he said, oh it is water based it'll come off), and even failed to respond to a detailed email about the issues (I wanted everything in writing at that point). After 2 months I had to threaten to go to the BBB to resolve the matter, and then I received a response. In the end, I did not pay the entire quoted amount due to the issues, but what was paid was still substantial and now I feel cheated because even with the small discount I am also stuck having to fix issues that I initially paid a crew to handle properly. From far away the paint job looks good, but it is the attention to detail where this company completely failed. I regret hiring this company because I ended up with more headaches in the end, and this was supposed to be a happy event. Maybe the crews are good at smaller jobs, but they appeared to lose complete focus with this job. I would not recommend.

Everything was good at first, a gentleman came to the house, gave us a decent quote and left. They started a few days later and I noticed they have outsourced our project to another crew. these guys did a horrible job (paint drips, scratches ...) all over the place. I called Leo and complained. they sent the original crew just to make everything worse. so bad that after 2 weeks (this was supposed to be a 3-day job) they agreed to change some of our trimmings and window frames. (they used my own general contractor for this and have not paid him since). one month later and most of our trims are still wavy and bumpy. they basically ruined our house. I do not even know if this is fixable. RUINED! I will file complains with home advisor and for sure will follow this up to get a proper answer.

Good painting company. Finished in one day.. I had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms painted. The only issue I had was outside in hallway, the front part of bedroom doors not painted. When asked about it, they only paint the inside part of door on the painted room. I recommend this company, they are good painters. I spoke with Charles and he sent someone out to complete the doors and painting around light in one bedroom ceiling. I highly recommend this company. They are honest, reliable and am pleased. Great Crew. They took time to take down mirrors and all outlet covers . Covered furniture and rugs completely. They had precision and efficiency. I would highly recommend!

Charles came to my home very quickly and gave a fair estimate. However, I ended up paying $150 more. Andrea, the supervisor, is very accommodating. The job went smoothly and was done in less than two days. The painters were careful with our furniture, floors etc. Two things to consider: be aware that your job may not start on time and may be delayed by as much as a day and prepare to supervise what the painters are doing. They may not be fluent in English and may misunderstand directions. One painter used wall paint on the ceiling! I discovered this after the job was done. Also, Leo Painting will add a 3% charge if you want to pay with a credit card. So be ready with cash or a check. I will recommend Leo Painting to my friends.

This group was a refreshing change from some companies that I've dealt with. They were all professional and courteous. It was a very pleasant experience.

A team of 5 people arrived at our house at the appointed time and got to work covering everything in the areas to be painted including all floors and furniture. They painted and cleaned up 8 areas in one day. They were courteous, efficient brought the correct quantity and quality of paint. They corrected any areas that I pointed out immediately. We were very impressed with the owner and his team.

Did a nice job painting the walls. However we found several places where they got paint on the wood floors and carpet after they left. They also forget to put on one switch plate.
