Leo Home Improvement

Just getting started on the project but so far so good!

Leo did a great job at a very good price. Very happy with the sevice.

My husband and I are realtors and we recommend him to all of our clients! His work is so good and impressive that he has done for our clients, that we used him to replace to our roof, our siding, and remodel our bathroom! He is really a great guy and does fantastic work!

Leo has put on a new roof, new siding, and new bathrooms for me. he is proficient and does excellent work! He uses the highest quality products on all of his projects to ensure he provides top notch work!

Good work and excellent customer handling.

Leo did a great job. We had some storm damage to our siding. Leo came in, matched the siding and ordered it and had it replaced very quickly.

Contacted me promptly and showed up on time for estimate. Installed gutters and repaired fascia and soffits as promised. Price was fair and competitive. The job foreman explained everything during project and cleaned up afterwards. Very satisfied and would use him again.

Very prompt and detailed

The 3 men that installed the siding, soffit. and fascia were highly skilled and worked as a very experienced team! I enjoyed watching them work and appreciate the their total cleanup of the work site. Their supervisor showed up about an hour before they finished and made a complete inspection of their work! and pitched in to them finish .

Leo vinyl was great to respond when I called them and they scheduled an appointment immediately. I took the day off and he did not show at the scheduled time. I ended up leaving home after calling several times with no answer to go back to work. I found out that evening that they did show but much later and did not have materials to complete the job. They came the next day and completed the work, but then charged me an extra $25 that he didn't quote me claiming it was because my roof was so high. He never mentioned the extra $ over the phone nor when he came out to look the first day.

Leo showed up, acessed the situation and gave me a fair estimate at no charge, and said for what had to be done, he could do it right then and there at 4:30pm, just as a storm was about to roll into the area (May 8, 2013) and his crew, being in the area, came over and got the job done at 6:00 pm, just as the rain came down. A good job done, and I would recommend them.

Knowledgeable, prompt, professional. II thought the cos was a bit pricey for the half days work, (three people) but I have nothing to compare it to. The problem was complex and baffling.

Unbelievably fast service. Got job done 2 days earlier than first promised. Even showed up and worked in the rain! A++

fast friendly service. very professional and attention to detail.

They were on time for both the estimate and for the actual job. They were very professional. I would use them again

They were fast and did the job well.

Provided excellent and on time service. will recommend to anyone. Price was reasonable.

Liked how fast that the job was done, and accurate.

Leo Arrived early, he was friendly, & knowledgable. will be using them again. Very reliable. The other company I called didn't show nor did they call.

Leo went above and beyond with our home! He helped address a problem area on our home and fixed it for us as well as beautiful gutters, buried guttter drains, and prepared for a rain barrel! We are extrememly happy!! He was very professional and completed everything in a VERY timely manner!

Needed siding, eves, and gutters for a screen porch addition done to match the rest of the house. Also had the inside of the porch covered. Fast response to my request for a quote, excellent advice on the project, and quick turn around on the quote. It was an easy choice to select Leo after server other estimates. They what they said they would, when they said they would do it. I got quality work done at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the service that I received and highly recommend this company.
