Crew showed up on time and started quickly, we had a bit of a mishap, somehow when the house was lifted the main electrical cable snapped and we lost power. With that being said the crew along with John and Angie worked hard and fast to get us our power back at no additional cost. They replaced the main cables and by that night we had light again! (we had to wait for centerpoint ?) I would definitely recommend Leon foundation to anyone they treated us like family and not just a job.

The crew did a great job and timely. Mario was excellent. I was made to sign a waiver of liability just for them to get the elevation to 0.5 comply to expected standards. The overall job was great.

They charge $275 per pier while many others charge $200. HOA complained 3 bushes were taken out and they said will replace ... we are waiting. Service was fast and scheduling was fast that we liked Communication was very efficient

Easy to schedule, solid work, thorough explanation

The inspector did a thorough job and above all else was HONEST! Said we had minor issues that did not warrant any repairs. He did point out another issue that we are looking into that otherwise we might have missed. If we ever need any foundation work we will be calling them.

Greatly appreciated that they were able to do this project immediately and showed up on days when it was supposed to rain, instead of waiting. Fortunately it never rained and they even finished a day early. A day later, I called them about a minor issue and they rushed out to solve it. They did a good job at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

John did an excellent job in letting me see what was necessary to repair my home and the crews did an excellent job. My yard was cleaned up and back to pre construction condition. Job well done !
