He did not complete the job. He was called several times to return. He said he would but he did not. He put new sprinklers in but he did not remove the old ones.

The worker, Miguel was excellent. The owner was a little frustrating. He showed up an hour after the appointment time but Miguel was on time, so I knew someone was coming. I thought that there would be more workers. I had asked for a written proposal when the owner ((Enrique) came for the estimate. He didn’t see a need for it. There was a need for it. He couldn’t remember what he had proposed, couldn’t remember what the job was etc. ( In his defense, another contractor didn’t want to write up a proposal either). The work done was very good.

Leon was the first to respond to fix a sprinkler leak that I had at the junction. He was on time, efficient, polite, and completed the work in a very timely manner. I have future landscaping planned and would not hesitate to contact Leon again.
