Bathroom Remodel
Project was supposed to take about 2 weeks and took 3 months. He would disappear for a week sometimes, but since we were not in a huge rush it wasn't a critical. Issue. The main problem was how he computed the final bill. The base price of $4100 became $8000 when the bill was presented and this was not ok since I had budgeted a specific amount for this project. We had him add a few extra things like a ceiling fan and some light fixtures and a ceramic floor. I had generously calculated an extra $1000 for these items, but his final tally was $3000 over this. After some renegotiating, he came down another $1000 but I don't think either one of us was satisfied. I expressed to him that no one who has a budgeted amount can sustain this type of "surprise" bill. It is a shame because I really liked the man and feel he does good work, but I would make sure an amount is set in stone at the start of a project.

") First off your a great customer and I really enjoyed working with you. However, your review left a few important factors out. First off your Project had two phases. Phase one was the outside garage apartment and phase two was the inside master bathroom. Some of the changes that you requested on phase one that we completed are 1. The existing fiberglass shower that was to remain requested that it be removed and reinstalled in its place a total complete ceramic tile shower with new valves floor drain and waterproofing and a new glass door 2. mr Angel and his crew were really refreshing to work with. MR Angel provided several design ideas that were incorporated into our project, which turned out to be much better than we expected. Our kitchen has a very crisp modern look with new cabinets and tops, overlooking a newly enclosed sun porch. they also performed all trades themselves, An excellent contractor

Spoke with Contractor set up an appointment and he never showed up rescheduled with him and he didn't show up again. If you aren't going to show up why even set up an appointment very rude.

I had a main water pipe burst on Wednesday before Good Friday. Called about a dozen people on Thursday without any luck before I finally contacted Home Advisor and they gave me this company. Mr. Angel sent out one of his employees, Jordan, and he was our "ANGEL", he worked tirelessly for 3 solid hours that evening and did an awesome job, was very polite and respectful and our problem was fixed. Great job by Jordan! If Mr. Angel had not sent him out when he did we would have not had water the whole weekend due to the fact that it was Easter weekend! They were the only ones that responded to any of my calls! I will definitely be using this company again! I appreciate Mr. Angel and Jordan more than they will ever know!!! Thanks so much!

Leon Angel did a fantastic job removing the stand-alone shower in our master bath and replacing it with a beautiful tile shower with sliding glass doors, a pocket shelf, and a marble soap dish. He did everything we asked excellently and was very accommodating to the needs and desires of my wife to add butterfly tiles to the décor. His performance was outstanding and the final project turned out great!
