Leonard Sealcoating

These guys are so great. I had one business come by last week to give a quote on seal coating our 4,100 sq. ft. driveway. The 1st quote came in at $750, which was way more than I had anticipated. Dave was scheduled to come by the following Monday morning to give me a quote. However, after the first quote, I was assuming that Dave's quote would be around the same amount, so I went ahead and ordered 8 5-gallon tubs of Henry’s do-it-yourself Driveway Asphalt Resurfacer, as I had seen a good DIY video on YouTube by a professional who was not affiliated with the Henry company. Anyway, make a long story short... Dave showed-up and quoted me $450, which was within my price range, so I hired him. But, when I called the hardware store where I purchase the Henry product from, the 8 tubs of the Henry product had already been delivered... it turns out that they were a special order for this family owned business. Being a huge advocate for mom and pop shops, there was no way that I was going to allow the owners of that hardware store have to sit there with 8 five gallon tubs of a product that they normally don't carry, hoping that they'd sell them. So, called Dave, explained the situation and he was very nice about the whole thing and understood. I told him that I'd call him in two years to do our driveway the next time. Then, later that night, Dave called and left a voicemail, offering to mix the sealant I had already purchased, in to their big tank, and that they would do the driveway for a reduced price (seeing as I had already spent more on just the sealer I had purchased, than it would have cost me to just hire Dave). That's how nice these guys are. I'll be hiring them again in the future.

Super communicative and easy going. They contacted me and set up a quote, we agreed on a further day, job done. Super easy super good, and great price value. Our neighbor even pitched in the same day to do their side too.
