Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
I called Leonard in to repair a leaky shower (with no water pressure), a busted faucet and a toilet in need of repair. He did fantastic work, explaining everything as he went. He gave details on why certain parts deteriorate and what I should look for in the future. They did a fantastic and thorough job and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Water Main Install, Replace or Repair
Thought it was the hot water heater but it was the main water line behind the hot water heater. after reviewing the problem, Leonard explained due to the age of my house, he recommended that he do a minor repair and the house be re-plumbed with all new piping. Due to the manual labor of removing the hot water heater and cutting into the wall the price for the repair was reasonable. The projected cost of the re-plumb is reasonable and something to be done in the fall
